A different experience!
Pros:

Room was large, comfortable and clean. It was a unique experience being inside the mall and quite fun. Free shuttles made the huge hotel feel a bit more accessible.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't truly international standard. I could see other western visitors getting annoyed about the choices. A wider selection of fruits would be good. The balcony isn't really usable in the day because of the loud sound from the waterpark.

Not for us but lovely staff and the breakfast was great!
Pros:

Spacious room, the bed was good. We all slept really well. All the staff were extremely friendly. Very very good breakfast with lots of choices. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons:

When I booked I didn’t realize the hotel was built completely around an indoor waterpark. I don’t know what exactly but I expected something completely different from the Global Centre/largest building of the world 🙃. The mall that was in the global centre was convenient but not very interesting. Accross the road, you find the SKP mall. Beautiful and a wonderful rooftop park. For the rest, the location for us was a bit boring so we went mostly to the city centre or other places.

Lovely, exquisite and the most valuable
Pros:

It provides customers the most value stay. The room is spacious and cozy. Even though there is a water park right next to my room. You can still barely hear any noise coming from that. The most exciting part is the service! The front desk is so friendly and makes you feel like you are at home.

Recommend.for max. 2 nights-location close to food,restaurants and shops as it is inside of the mall
Pros:

The receptionists and hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was OK, but not to compare with a 5 star asian cuisine and even the local food not so tasty – coffee / tea and soup station, juice, milk, fried egg, omelette, bigger choice of sweets like cake, waffle, muffins, bread and fruits where provided; location is perfect as it is inside of the Chengdu Global Center Mall and 5 minutes walk to the restaurants & bars & shops. The hotel is very near to the metro station. The room, toilet, shower area were very spacy and clean. Rain shower, bad ropes, shampoo, soap, conditioner and hand soap and a bath tube were provided. The bed was comfortable and spacy. The provided linen was clean and fiber and dust free. The room was very spacy and equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee with the french press system.

Cons:

On weekends the water park is very noisy and busy that you even cannot sit on your balcony, if you have a room facing the water park.

Cons:

Ved bestilling av mat til rommet, så måtte jeg bruke en App, og denne måtte ha kinesisk telefonnummer registrert for å kunne bestille. Dette er for dårlig, må jo kunne få lov til å bestille mat med internasjonal telefonnummer

Pros:

Amazing room, very large and comfortable.
