Precies goed
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, we hebben avondeten besteld via uber, de hotel manager heeft ons hierbij geholpen en het personeel regelde in de ontbijtruimte een tafel, borden en bestek.
De locatie, Sopocachi, is zeer gunstig om hier in de kabelbaan in te stappen. En diverse leuke eetgelegenheden om de hoek.

La atención fue maravillosa, como salimos temprano y no alcanzamos a tomar el desayuno nos ofrecieron un box con café, croissant y galletas, fue un lindo detalle! Gracias a Luis por sus recomendaciones, su amabilidad y su atención. La cafetería que está en el hotel es deliciosa!

Pros:

Great location, close to the funicular. As mentioned by several other guests, the place is a bit dated but clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but I was disappointed as many reviews described it as exceptional. In my opinion, it was a very basic breakfast.

I also had a friend visiting, and we were asked to pay extra just for them to enter the room for an hour. I find this unacceptable. I’m not sure whether this is actually the hotel’s policy or whether the receptionist simply pocketed the money, but the situation felt very questionable.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel with really nice staff
Pros:

It’s such a cute boutique hotel with a bakery and cafe. The staff are super nice! It’s close to the yellow cable car line

Cons:

What would be missing is a couch were people could relax and wait. Since it’s a very old building you could hear people walking upstairs and talking outside. It’s in a nice neighborhood but quite up high at 3600m

Hôtel agréable et bien situé
Pros:

Petit hôtel très accueillant et bien situé près d’une gare de téléphérique. La chambre était plutôt petite mais très calme. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

Nous devions commander ce que nous voulions pour le petit déjeuner la veille. Je préfère plus de spontanéité.
