Pros:

The staff were great as well as the comfy beds.

Cons:

the restaurant in the hotel was awful. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a meal I never received. When we ordered we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. 15 minutes later a family of 4 came in and were served within 10 minutes. They had obviously preordered. No one else came in but we waited and waited. My husband was finally served his club house sandwich. I finally cancelled my meal and my husband wasn't charged for his but it just made no sense as to why the food took forever or as for mine never came. After a long day of travelling I went to bed hungry.

Excellent stay, I recomend
Pros:

I like the location of the Hotel, it's very close to a gondola station, very important in La Paz. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of pastries an cakes.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y hospitalidad del personal y los dueños. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, calefaccionadas y el desayuno completo y personalizado. Los dueños nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad.

Fantastic! Highly recommend!
Pros:

They were so accommodating. They let me sleep in and get my breakfast a little later and I arrived late but luckily I was able to purchase some things from their bakery. It’s so cozy, the rooms are great, location is great, staff so helpful

- Lovely house with lots of details, where you can see the thoughts that went into this place
- Great brakfast options and cozy cafeteria
- WiFi and heating worked well
- Excellent location right beside teleferico station
- Fully engaged personnel that helped with everything
- Good laundry service

Cons:

- Our room (#32) was quite dark and rather aged / could do with some modernization
- The taxi they intended to call for us was double the price as in inDrive taxi app

A wonderful hotel
Pros:

The best hotel on my whole one-month trip. Really nice bed with crisp sheets, very professional and helpful staff. The cafe downstairs is really cute, and I loved the system of pre-ordering breakfast via the link they send you on WhatsApp the night before. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is also great, right next to a cable car station.

Amazing staff, outdated hotel
Pros:

The staff were sensational—everyone was very attentive and friendly. It’s definitely the best thing about this hotel.

Cons:

It’s located in a very chaotic area with limited dining options. The facilities are quite old, and I was assigned a room on the third floor—having to climb three flights of stairs every day was exhausting. The breakfast options are very limited, basically just eggs with ham and bacon.

Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage. Direkt neben der gelben Seilbahn. Zimmer war ausreichend. Das beste war das tolle Frühstück und die Bäckerei nebenan.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dafür Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
