Friendly and supportive services 24/7. Flexible breakfast. Good location, calm and comfortable. Tidy rooms and nice interior.
Overall, the staff was friendly. However, the room was quite small, with a nice modern bathroom. The main thing that I did not like is because of the structure of the building, I could hear the night bell ringing when someone wanted to enter during the night. As a result, it was disruptive to sleep because of that Bell. The breakfast was decent, but fairly basic. The biggest advantage of the hotel was its location right near a lot of night activities and restaurants in the area.

The price was competitive. I loved my room with the walk in shower. The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for travelling around Quito. The hotel is a boutique hotel.
This is a boutique hotel. So high on the list is the security, high quality food, walk in showers and added extras.
Great value for money . Accommodating working staff though they do not know a word of English but eager to please. We got along fine with sign language and Google translator . The staff did their best to help out. Good location
No management staff in sight . Only two people who did not know English were working different shifts . Queries in English took forever sometimes in days to respond . No elevator .. thankfully the guy offered to help me with my heavy bags. Needed a room heater was told ind hour free after that chargeable 😳😳

This property is very tranquil and romantic. They obviously pay a lot of attention to detail. The staff is very friendly
The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. They need a mattress pad that would make it more comfortable than the rock hard mattress you are given to sleep on. Of course, an elevator would help but I realize that is not possible. Breakfast was lacking as selections were very limited.
