Zimmer zu kaputt, Aussicht gut, Frühstück und Lounge Gut und lecker.

Nur die Aussicht.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer war teilweise beschädigt und alt die Dusche ebenfalls nicht komplett i.O. (Duschbrause) nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen hat das Personal am Schalter nicht so viel Ahnung und es gab auch jeden Tag Probleme mit der Zimmer Karte ! Was sehr gestört hat, ihre Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schlecht und auf Nachfrage auf Parkplätze haben wir keine richtige Info bekommen. In dem Hotel neben an wurde uns sogar ein Tag Parken geschenkt!, warum klappt sowas nich bei Ihnen ?

Trotzdem Danke für Frühstück und der nette Mann von der Nachtschicht der wegen den Zimmer Karten geholfen hat und sich deswegen entschuldigt hat!

No AC . Not honest .
Pros:

I paid €125 for this hotel, but unfortunately my stay was unacceptable.

On what turned out to be the hottest day of the year, the hotel had no air conditioning. What is most disappointing is that the hotel never informed me of this in advance, despite communicating with me several times before my arrival. Had I known, I would never have stayed here.

I arrived at around 19:00 after a long working day. After taking a shower, the room became unbearably hot. There was no air conditioning and virtually no ventilation. I genuinely started feeling faint and unwell due to the heat.

The reception staff were very kind and did their best to help. Eventually, I was redirected to another hotel, but this meant spending additional time travelling and arriving there late. The replacement hotel was also about 20 minutes away from my office, creating further inconvenience. Because of the delay, I missed a business dinner that had already been arranged and did not even have the opportunity to have dinner that evening.

I want to emphasize that both the receptionist at this hotel and the staff at the replacement hotel were excellent. They treated me with care and did everything they could to make me feel better when I was feeling physically unwell. My complaint is not about them—it is about the hotel's failure to disclose such a critical issue before my arrival.

Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is entirely justified. I paid for accommodation with reasonable living conditions, and those conditions were simply not provided.

Schönes Hotel, aber im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Es waren 37 Grad draußen und im Zimmer war es auch nicht kühler, da die Raumkühlung es nicht geschafft hat. Außer in der Bar und in den Fluren war es extrem warm im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war extrem heiß und es gab keine Klima. Heutzutage bei so einer Marke unverständlich! Es war unmöglich bei diesen Temperaturen zu schlafen. Die reception meinte sie können uns nicht helfen es gäbe nur den FAN im Zimmer. Dieser hat allerdings gar nichts bewirkt. Zu dem hatten wir einen 20cm großen Grashüpfer im Zimmer. Das Personal hat sich gar keine Mühe gemacht und meinte wir müssen ihm selbst entfernen.

Bij boeken hebben ze niet verteld dat de airco stuk was ook niet bij inchecken gemeld. Met 35 graden op de 14 etage 30 graden in de kamer drama nacht gehad en had een belangrijke afspraak waar ik fit voor moest zijn nou dat is niet gelukt.

Disappointing

Very nice room and good location

Cons:

Not worth it at all, incredibly disappointed. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I’ll never come back.
When I arrived there was a huge queue for check in and up until that point I thought it was fine because there were lots of guests but it only went downhill from there. AC in the room did not work and it was over 30 degrees. The lights stopped working and did not turn on in the morning and I had to get ready with a flashlight on a room I paid over 200 eur for. The room in itself was quite nice but with all these issues I could barely enjoy it. They charged me the city tax for a person that did not come on the trip, although I made it clear at check in and check out that they did not come. They overcharged me for room service and when I tried to explain it, they were rude at the reception. The cherry on top was how the reception was disgusting and the couch was covered in throw up.

Worst stay ever in summer.
Pros:

It was big enough.

Cons:

They don’t have neither air conditioning nor ventilators. Room temperature was 35 degrees Celsius, no sleep at all. Worst night ever, only two windows could open, the room had two separate “rooms”. After complaining we got one ventilator that work very poorly, we had to share between three people, we couldn’t breathe, and got cero sleep. I’m never staying in the chain again.
