Pros:

Great views, breakfast area, vibes

Cons:

I suffered the longest queue I ever experienced in my life for checking in. Waited at a nearby Cafe to avoid standing there. Whencoming back after an hour the queue was still enormous. And all that after I had been chased away at 1400 because an early check-in was allegedly not possible. Apparently there was a concert nearby and the Hotel was fully booked. Ok, I get that, but being fully booked on a weekend does not come as a surprise to management. At least I would have stretched the check-in procedure along more time and not refuse early check-ins.

Hervorragende Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Hafen von Düsseldorf
Pros:

Da ich im Medienhafen arbeite, liegt das Hotel perfekt für mich. Die Zimmer sind sehr puristisch, aber sehr stylisch eingerichtet und haben alles, was man braucht. Hinsichtlich der Zimmer würde ich immer empfehlen, ein Zimmer mit Hafenblick zu buchen. Erstens ist die Aussicht auf die Düsseldorfer Skyline wirklich schön und zweitens ist die Seite deutlich ruhiger. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich sofort um etwaige Reklamation.
