Pros:

Wir haben mit unseren beiden diensthunden ubernachtet für die zur Verfügung gestellten korpchen waren sie allerdings viel zu gross. Aber dennoch sehr lieb dran zu denken unsere hunde und wir haben nichts denn Blick auf denn hafen sehr genossen

Fehlerhafte Kreditkartenbelastung

Während meines Aufenthalts wurde meine Kreditkarte mit 50 € belastet, obwohl ich bereits im Voraus über Booking.com bezahlt hatte. Später wurde mir bestätigt, dass dies ein Fehler war (abzüglich 6 € Citytax) und der Restbetrag freigegeben werden sollte.

Trotzdem wurde mir auch nach über einem Monat der Betrag von 44 € nicht zurückerstattet, obwohl ich mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen habe. Am Ende musste ich mich an meine Bank wenden, um die Angelegenheit zu klären.

Leider diesmal nicht so schön .

Freundliches Personal,Lage ,modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen .
Wasser ist nicht abgeflossen ,aus der Dusche tropfte es grün .
der Boden der Duschkabine war auch grün .
Der Toilettendeckel war sehr unschön und sehr gelb 😳 bitte dringend mal erneuern .
Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht (Batterie leer)
Das Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes.

Die Lage und der Ausblick war sehr schön .
Personal sehr freundlich
Minibar kostenlos
Wir sind immer zu Gast in diesem Hotel und diesmal hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Zimmer .
