Worst customer service ever.

Instead of charging me for a $20 incidentals in error they charged me for the room $260 was charged to my card. I immediately went to the front desk and no one would help me. Then they adjusted it to $247, when they should have given me a refund for their error. It is still pending in my bank account and my bank can’t help until it post. I called and they tried to blame booking.com which is bull. I heard the lady at the desk admit that she made the error and still no one fixed it. I emailed the manager and no response.

Pros:

I have to travel to Cincinnati for work at least 2 a year. I love the area that this hotel is located

Cons:

There is no free breakfast or coffee and it’s expensive - on the other side of the road there is another Marriott that has breakfast and coffee for the guests
