Was charged double for the room. Charged through booking .com and when I got to hotel they had no evidence of me paying through booking.com and charged me again full price of the stay.

Poor cable. Plugs in bedroom did not work. Drawers in bedroom kept opening on its own. Indoor pool water was cold but inside the area was very warm.

I will never book here again absolutely terrible experience

Every day it smelled. I requested someone to correct the smell and that never happened

It stunk very bad and didn't seem clean. It was also very loud and uncomfortable

Pros:

This trip was an overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. Liked the fact that there was a kitchenette with dishes and pans if you wanted to cook something. Also liked the bench in the shower; there was a phone in the bathroom in case of emergency. The area was very quiet and close to shopping/food. I would stay again.
