Die Dame die uns empfangen hat (Queeny) war sehr hilfsbereit. Fürs Frühstück geht man ins Hauptgebäude rüber welches 20 Meter daneben liegt. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und ausreichend

We booked 3 bedrooms, all of them were big and had big beds too. Rooms were clean.
It doesn't have a bar or restaurant. Mattresses aren't very comfortable.
Maybe the location.
There are two buildings next to each other with the same name. We booked the nicer-looking one but were placed in the other (we were not aware of the second hotel at that time, we asked our tour guide about it), where the rooms were awful and there was mold on the walls. This feels like a tourist trap or scam. Be careful—this place is not serious, and I do not recommend it.
Great value for money hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. Helped me book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Only downside was there was some construction next door which could be noisy at times.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Bed though a little firm was huge and comfortable. There was building work next door which would sometimes be distracting. Breakfast was underwhelming lots of choice but hot food was very dry and rubbery. WiFi was very hit and miss on 3rd floor.

I understand that there is limited space on the rooftop for a pool but it was not what I expected. Any more than 4 people would tax the limited resources.
Unfortunately there was a construction crew working each day right outside my room. A bit noisy but at least they packed it in after dark.
