Aloft Cancun

Scam! They take a deposit and once you leave the hotel they claim you caused damage so they can keep it. I have always respected the premises and this is the first time this has happened to me. They say the sheets were stained and they couldn't get them clean. The sheets were clean when I left the hotel. Don't be fooled!!! What's more, you pay for an "open bar" option, but when you arrive during the bar's opening hours at the weekend, they say that it is closed on an exceptional basis. Avoid this place.

Great experience. The staff are very helpful. Mario accommodated our early arrival and got us into a room as fast as possible. Mario’s knowledge of the area and recommendations were very good. We were offered free towels to take to either the beach or the rooftop pool which was a good touch, especially arriving so early in the day. The hotel also offers an open bar with a wide variety of cocktails from 9am to 9pm.

Our experience was absolutely unmatched mostly because of Mario’s hospitality! Our flight was super early coming in and we knew we had to wait but Mario was so kind and went above and beyond for us to be able to check in early. He is also a wealth of knowledge of the area and recommended some very good spots for us to check out while our stay here! Thank you Mario for your kindness it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

The vocation was great. The rooms were pretty good the value the cleanliness was very good amenities not bad and the service Mario in particular his service was exceptional. His kindness was above and beyond his helpfulness, was second to none that is one valuable employee that you guys have. I hope you guys know what a great worker and exceptional person. Loved my stay at Aloft. Mario was such a delight and helped made my stay super comfortable. I’m sad leaving Cancun but I’ll be back soon. Will stay here again next time. Thanks again Mario!

Location was perfect if you like to party and enjoy nightlife.
Staff were very helpful especially Mario.
We had no problem with communication as all staff spoke fluent English.

It’s in a convenient location. Alexis at the bar was great at mixing drinks, we had a wonderful time having complementary drinks ( don’t forget to tip the bar attendant ) drinks are free.
The hotel is clean and they clean the rooms every day without your request.

Beatuful location, cleaning room, beatiful atmosphere and wonderful service from Mario. He is very friendly with people, give information and recommendations on Hotel.

This hotel is right downtown. You can easily walk everywhere, and if necessary, ride the bus, as the bus stop is across the street. Bus fare is 12 pesos (the driver makes change).

The free open bar, with a great bartender named Fernando, is open for .....12 hours! With Fernando behind the bar you will never want to leave! Nice rooms, good shower and easy check in with extremely helpful staff.

Great place for all it can offer and the convenience of how close everything is. The staff are very accommodating, Mario at the front desk helped me with a smooth check in and check out. They recommended some great spots to eat and check out. The bartenders, esp Willy Alex go above and beyond for your drinks (definitely have to take advantage of the 9AM - 9PM open bars. Overall great service.

Mario really came through, and honestly—finding a clean hotel with kind people after a canceled flight is huge. The double rate at the Ziva was not worth it. double-rate sting hurts 😩, We landed at this Hotel for just one night somewhere decent and good people. Thank you 🙏🏼

Alejandro, the bellman, is incredibly kind and helpful. He makes you feel right at home and excels at his job. You won’t be disappointed.

Great location in the heart of the hotel zone and close to the fantastic Chedrauri shopping store. The rooms are very clean and nice, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Very special mention to Alejandro and Mario at the front lobby. I find the on-site restaurant for breakfast very overpriced, and all though the free bar is very well appreciated, I must mention that the free choice of rum is by far the worst rum on Earth. Would be great to have an ice machine on each floor as well. Also the random shutting down of the roof pool area and/or large parts of the lobby for private functions is totally a wrong thing to do, these areas are part of the inclusions for all paying guests. Coming here now for the third time for dental work, has been great and we will be back again next year.

Very nice and clean. This is a Very Modern up beat hotel with a cool vibe I Like this type of upbeat trendy hotel some may not! Staff was friendly and helpful. All and all it was a enjoyable experience.

Alan H and Fernando were two awesome guys at bar. Just say Halo and ask the special drink that you dreamed of. You will appreciate them too

Our Bell Man Alejandro was the most inviting person ever. He is very attentive to your needs and always has a smile on his face! He gets five stars in my book

It is under construction and when I asked to check out early they wanted to charge me a penalty.

This is ridiculous. They should ha e told us before we checked in. Or better yet, they should have closed the hotel until it was completed.

The pool is supposed to be a tranquil place to relax. It has a jack hammer going all day.

I had a wonderful trip/stay at Aloft Cancun. The hotel was clean, inviting and the staff were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable, the bed was so comfortable and the room clean and spacious. I will definitely be returning and also recommending the hotel to friends family and others. My Thanks and gratitude to the front of house team, Alex ( I’m sure thats your name) you were fabulous, warm and always had a smile and warm welcome.
