Felt very american like everything else in cancun.
Pros:

Well it is a marriott

Cons:

Reception service. They took a deposit and when we were checking out had to wait 20 minutes fir them to check the room. Receptionist was rude when we asked to speed up “check”.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera partial view sul mare ma si vedeva solo un muro.
La piscina era inutilizzabile il giorno in cui siamo stati ma ci hanno offerto l'accesso, senza consumazione, ad un beach club

Attention à votre caution, méfiez vous du personnel!!!

À notre arrivé le personnel était très accueillant, la était chambre confortable et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre, taches sur le sol et sur les draps. Ce qui m’a surtout déçu de cet hôtel c’est qu’au moment du Check out, l’employé de la réception a fait semblant de rien pour ne pas me rendre ma caution de 2000 pesos et j’entends un des ses collègues qu’ignorait que je parlais espagnol lui dire de m’arnaquer et de ne pas me rendre mon argent( ESTAFALO)! J’avais pris de photos de la chambre à mon arrivée et nous n’avons causé aucun dégât et après vérification de la chambre ils ont fini par me rembourser mais si je ne réclamais pas, ils auraient garder la caution. C’est dommage car je comptais revenir dans cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Cancún mais à cause du personnel malhonnête, je ne mettrai plus jamais un pied dans cet établissement.
