Te hacen limpieza habitación día sí y día no por “sostenibilidad”. Pero ni tan siquiera te entran a barrer o hacer camas, cosa que no se entiende.

La piscina no está bien cuidada.

Es un hotel correcto pero no a la altura de la marca Marriott.

Una buona sistemazione per soggiorni brevi

Abbiamo prenotato una camera partial view sul mare ma si vedeva solo un muro.
La piscina era inutilizzabile il giorno in cui siamo stati ma ci hanno offerto l'accesso, senza consumazione, ad un beach club

Felt very american like everything else in cancun.

Well it is a marriott

Cons:

Reception service. They took a deposit and when we were checking out had to wait 20 minutes fir them to check the room. Receptionist was rude when we asked to speed up “check”.
