Bad room after bad room. Wouldn’t recommend.

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk told us the room we were going to get was flagged for odor, but marked ok now. She told us to let her know. We immediately walked in and smelled BO. Not sure how it could be marked ok at all. We came back down stairs and told her. She told us they had a lot of construction workers staying there. The room smelled like hot sweaty clothes and body BO from the construction. She put us in another room that said portable A/C only. We didn’t mind. A/C is A/C. We walked in the room and it was 84 degrees with no A/C in sight. We went back down stairs and she put us in a handicap accessible room. Nothing wrong with the room until the next morning. A thunderstorm came through early and water started pouring in the living room window by the couch, even though the window was closed. We were ready to check out and let the front desk staff know. This was a different lady than the overnight. Day shift lady just laughed and didn’t seem to care. The night shift lady did everything she could with the info she had to work with. Very disappointed in the stay. The outside looks well kept but not the case once you are on the inside. We’ve stayed at a ton of Marriott’s for work and leisure, and this is by far the worst one we have encountered. Hopefully they make some much needed adjustments to their maintenance or housekeeping.

Okay hotel if you want to be robbed.

I prepaid through booking.com and they also charged me for the room. No one has responded to my multiple requests to refund me.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay and plan to come back!

Loved how clean the property was and the staff were exceptional!

Wish the pool was open later, but completely normal standard times which was still great!

Dirty and disappointing.
Pros:

Arrived late and there was nobody working the front desk. Was able to use the app to check in and open the door. Called the front desk again and still nobody. Room was beat up, no towels and the bathroom light was not controlled by the switch in the bathroom, but rather a switch in another room. Finally, at 8:00am there was no food left for breakfast and nobody was there. Not up to Marriott standards.

Friendly great place
Pros:

The staff as very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The place was clean and the beds comfortable.

A Great Night Stay
Pros:

I needed a full kitchen to cook in for Thanksgiving and it worked out perfectly! Also, the rooms are definitely made with thick walls because you couldn't hear us or others or smell all the food I cooked which was a plus. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was also pretty good, I liked the sausage.

Cons:

The shower pressure wasn't the best.
