Very good location, friendly staff, nice room
Pros:

Nice room on the ground floor. Window opened onto the street but it wasn't the weather to have it open at night, so it was fine. Nice bathroom too.

Cons:

I was a little cold and couldn't find any extra bedding or blankets (didn't want to bother with calling reception, though I'm sure they would have helped).

Top verblijf & restaurant
Pros:

Heerlijk breed bed, het bad en de regen douche, het restaurant (advies: neem halfpensioen, want het diner en de wijn zijn heerlijk). Op korte wandel afstand van het centrum en Cambridge high-lights.

Cons:

Parkeren is duur. Dichts nabij betaald parkeren (long stay) kan bij Graduate Cambridge Leisure Club: met de JustPark app te reserveren.

Pros:

We arrived early however the staff were more than happy to let us check-in. They were super friendly.

Cons:

We were celebour 30th Wedding Anniversary and had requested for a bottle of Prosecco to be in our room. Unfortunately it was not made available until much later.

Complacent, tired, dirty and poor value for money.
Pros:

Good location. Interesting historical building. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The common areas were not clean. We arrived at 11:30am and went to the outside terrace where dirty drinks glasses and ashtrays were still on the tables from the night before. There was dog poo on the terrace too. When we later checked in there was a trolley with an open rubbish bag outside the room door. The room was tired, particularly the bathroom. The air conditioning on a hot day was hopeless. Not a good place for people with limited mobility with numerous steps. Why no handrails on the steep steps up to the front door?

Solid hotel in a good location for central Cambridge
Pros:

Good sized room, nice bathroom, good location, generally attentive staff.

Cons:

No wine! What's the point of being the Hotel du Vin if you don't provide a bit of wine in the rooms? Interiors a bit tired, loo seat broken.

Prima hotel voor 1 of 2 nachten!
Pros:

Goede locatie, alles prima op loopafstand. Mooi pand, charme.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet. Nu was het ook uitzonderlijk warm weer. We kregen twee ventilators in de kamer, dat hielp wel wat.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location.
Pros:

Friendly welcome. Location great. Has air con in rooms which we were grateful for during this latest hot spell. Lovely little note and complimentary chocs left on the bed.

Cons:

Only minor and my opinion but the pillows were really bulky and difficult to get comfy. Others might love them!

A good hotel that’s perfect for a stay in Cambridge, made the couple of days really important
Pros:

Great location and the staff were really helpful about small issues and special requests.

Cons:

Some issues with the room, our main door wouldn’t close properly and also the aircon wasn’t as good as it should have been given the weather.
