The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking is not available at the hotel. The nearest public multi-story car parks are the Queen Ann Terrance & Grand Arcade car parks, both within 10 mins of the hotel. The price for 24 hours is approx. £40 per night.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

The hotel itself is good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the booking process and the hotel’s handling of my reservation.
I booked the room for three guests (2 adults and 1 child), and my Booking.com confirmation clearly stated that my 10-year-old child could stay free of charge and that the total price already included the children’s rate. Despite this, the hotel charged me an additional £60 for an extra bed upon arrival. This was never made clear during the booking process.
To make matters worse, my card was charged twice. Although the duplicate charge was eventually reversed, I was informed that it could take up to 10 days for the money to be returned, causing unnecessary inconvenience during my trip.
I expected much better communication and transparency regarding the final price. I hope both the hotel and Booking.com improve this process to avoid the same situation for future guests.
Location, breakfast and service.
Hotel and our room was on lots of difference levels (due to the hotel being made up of a number of very old houses), so an issue if you have poor mobility (does have a small lift)

They were brilliant about a specific room request, a slightly early check-in and returning a left item. Room quiet and very clean. Nice cup of tea in the morning too.
Very well located … walkable from all the sightseeing points …the night staff went out of their way to try to help me. Along the day staff I have to mention Adil and Kaplana.. they were so nice
