The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking is not available at the hotel. The nearest public multi-story car parks are the Queen Ann Terrance & Grand Arcade car parks, both within 10 mins of the hotel. The price for 24 hours is approx. £40 per night.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Our room was large and comfortable but shabby. The location is very convenient to the historic center of town.
We were unable to use the bar or bistro during our stay due to a previously scheduled event. This was not made known to us until after we had booked a non-refundable stay. The room needed updating, we particularly noticed a lack of accessible electric outlets.
Big rooms and tasty breakfast. Very helpful staff with our toddler.

Parking was difficult and expensive, and the pre-arranged parking at the Hilton was not informed until check-in which was too late. Bar closed at 10, no food after nine, no breakfast before eight. One of our rooms was not serviced at all. Not good enough for a business stay.
Location near to city centre.
No warning that hotel had so many steps, particularly steep up to front door! Noisy room with some sort of large machine outside and inability to open window for any fresh air. Disappointed that an expensive hotel with large room had no comfortable chair. Also curtain off its hooks.

An atmospheric hotel with character. A very comfortable bed. A large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The room includes tea, coffee, water, and even some sweets. Very carefully designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was pretty and there was a lovely handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel along with chocolates. There was water and tea and coffee facilities as you'd expect. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows, which was good.
It was a shame that the bar and restaurant were not open but the hotel let us know in plenty of time that they had a function (wedding) so we could make other arrangements.
