The worst hotel in Rio
Pros:

Nothing is good in this hotel

Cons:

Room poorly maintained, with mould and leaks. Humidity everywhere, dirt on the walls, bad cleaning of the shower, they don't change the sheets or put soap. I stayed there for a week and it was a disaster. The worst hotel in Rio.

O local do hotel é bem no centro, você vê muitos moradores de rua, muita sujeira. O hotel tem uma recepção ótima,tive um problema com meu quarto, ele estava um pouco sujo e com mal cheiro nas toalhas,fui na recepção e resolveram na hora, porém acho que pelo valor não deveria nem ter acontecido, acredito que existam outros lugares melhor no mesmo valor por isso não voltaria.

L'hôtel est vieillot et les chambres vetustes
La piscine est plus pour des enfants que pour des adultes.

Una excelente y amplia habitación.
Desayuno completo.
Personal educado y empático, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Ubicación céntrica, pero poder moverse recomiendo UBER, alrededor muchas personas sin hogar.
Nosotros caminamos varias veces por la zona para alcanzar metro y ver la zona histórica de la ciudad.
Alrededor hay algunos Botecos para poder cenar adecuadamente.
Buenas instalaciones con piscina en la terraza.

Quarto com acesso por escadas e com problemas.

O café da manhã é ok apesar de não ser equivalente as fotos. O espaço do segundo quarto ok também.

Cons:

Não condiz com 4 estrelas. Chegamos nos colocaram em um quarto que havia problemas com a descarga (quebrada), com o box (não fechava) com a cama que tinha um buraco... Além de termos que subir um andar de escadas que eram 3 lances de escadas para acessar ao quarto. Foi terrível e queriam apenas fazer os serviços de concerto alegando não ter como trocar de quarto por serem de categoria superior... Até que ao pedir o valor das diárias de volta o quarto apareceu em um andar que era atendido pelo elevador e terminamos nossas diárias sem mais nenhum estresse.

Bom, mas jamais 4 estrelas.
Pros:

No geral, o hotel é bom. Nao diria 4 estrelas, mas bom. Já na minha chegada, minha fechadura quebrou 2 vezes e o funcionário Gabriel foi muito gentil.

Cons:

O quarto é muito escuro. Impossível fazer uma maquiagem, por exemplo. O café da manhã tinha tudo frio e não parecia fresco.
