Me gustó el colchon, las almohadas, la temperatura y presión de la ducha. La habitación tenía un balcón integrado. La ventana tenía una celosía que aislaba muy bien el ruido (está al lado de la vía de tren y no escuchams nada). El desayuno super completo.
Hubiera estado hiper genial tener una alfombra a los pies de la cama, pq el piso es de cemento alisado y en invierno los pies se congelan.
Y tener etiquetas en las mermeladas y las bebidas al desayuno para saber qué era cada cosa.
Súper bien 👌🏻

El confort del lugar, su rico desayuno y por demás la atención de todo su staff cada una de las personas que nos recibieron fueron muy atentos y amables.

Todas sus instalaciones y la atención del personal es excelente, las recepcionistas siempre predispuestas y muy amables. El desayuno buffet es de una gran variedad y delicioso.
La habitación es amplia y silenciosa para un descanso reparador.
Lo súper recomiendo al 100 %.

Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. La comodidad de la habitación, su amplitud, la vista abierta y el silencio absoluto gracias a la muy buena insonorización hicieron que el descanso fuera perfecto. La ducha, con una presión excepcional, fue un detalle que realmente marcó la diferencia. El desayuno buffet superó las espectativas por su variedad, calidad y la atención de todo el personal fue impecable: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor, ya que permite moverse cómodamente y disfrutar el máximo de la estadía.
Un hotel que cuida cada detalle y hace que uno se sienta verdaderamente bienvenido.
Me encantó el desayuno súper abundante, la cama muy cómoda, el stuff atentos en todo momento, la estadía fue excelente. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo. Lo elijo también por que está cerca de Palermo Hollywood para ir a comprar cosas lindas. Es un placer cada vez que voy!

Hotel was shut when I arrived 24 Dec! It had been shut for months apparently, even though my booking was confirmed!!! Terrible service!!

They made me do an online check-in pre arrival so I could go "straight to my room".
It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the guy had no idea what he was doing.
I was promised a sound proof room. All i got was traffic noise throughout the night.
I was promised internet. there was no internet connection in any of the rooms.
I had to work by the public pool while they tried to resolve this issue, which they never did.
I left to go to another hotel and they refused to refund me.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had in 40 years of travel, and 5 years of travelling around the world.
Didn’t like the small TV, the lack of fridge and that the window door didn’t close properly
Not used to using a buzzer to be allowed into Hotel. No gym was also a downer. Morning breakfast was good and reception was very helpful.

First of all this property does not have airport transfer as per the hotel features, this is the second hotel this trip we booked advertised airport transfer include! Also this hotel is a Vip hotel, in the hotel features we were supposed to receive a bottle of spirits each day, this did not happen! What is wrong with these properties hotel features? Very upsetting as we book hotels based on hotel features!! The staff at this hotel were excellent and warm, they made us feel right at home, very helpful giving directions and advice, the morning breakfast is very nice also, lots of choices.
We stayed in late February, which we were told was during the quiet season. I only saw two other sets of guests in the morning during my stay at breakfast time. I though the breakfast buffet had a good amount of options and generally tasty. The hotel felt very safe and was in a quieter area. There are security doors before entering and we had a room facing the street. The staff were very helpful as well. They spoke both english and spanish. At one point, front desk helped us order an uber (you can pay by cash at the end of the ride).
My only complaints about the stay was that we had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel. We paid $65 USD for 2 people from EZE. However, we were stuck in customs, which was completely out of our control, causing the driver to wait longer. We we charged an additional $15 USD. Secondly, the hotel rooms were very dark.
Overall, I thought we got a good deal through Expedia, paying under $100 for one night.
