Hotel was shut when I arrived 24 Dec! It had been shut for months apparently, even though my booking was confirmed!!! Terrible service!!
Nothing
They made me do an online check-in pre arrival so I could go "straight to my room".
It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the guy had no idea what he was doing.
I was promised a sound proof room. All i got was traffic noise throughout the night.
I was promised internet. there was no internet connection in any of the rooms.
I had to work by the public pool while they tried to resolve this issue, which they never did.
I left to go to another hotel and they refused to refund me.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had in 40 years of travel, and 5 years of travelling around the world.
Didn’t like the small TV, the lack of fridge and that the window door didn’t close properly
Not used to using a buzzer to be allowed into Hotel. No gym was also a downer. Morning breakfast was good and reception was very helpful.

First of all this property does not have airport transfer as per the hotel features, this is the second hotel this trip we booked advertised airport transfer include! Also this hotel is a Vip hotel, in the hotel features we were supposed to receive a bottle of spirits each day, this did not happen! What is wrong with these properties hotel features? Very upsetting as we book hotels based on hotel features!! The staff at this hotel were excellent and warm, they made us feel right at home, very helpful giving directions and advice, the morning breakfast is very nice also, lots of choices.
We stayed in late February, which we were told was during the quiet season. I only saw two other sets of guests in the morning during my stay at breakfast time. I though the breakfast buffet had a good amount of options and generally tasty. The hotel felt very safe and was in a quieter area. There are security doors before entering and we had a room facing the street. The staff were very helpful as well. They spoke both english and spanish. At one point, front desk helped us order an uber (you can pay by cash at the end of the ride).
My only complaints about the stay was that we had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel. We paid $65 USD for 2 people from EZE. However, we were stuck in customs, which was completely out of our control, causing the driver to wait longer. We we charged an additional $15 USD. Secondly, the hotel rooms were very dark.
Overall, I thought we got a good deal through Expedia, paying under $100 for one night.
Very comfy bed, friendly staff, 24 hour check in and they were accomodating when we arrived at 1am due to a delayed flight, also let us store bags and check out late.
There were a lot of ants in the bed in both of the rooms my friends and I had.

Not only was my room huge and the bed super comfortable but the large heavy doors that you can close at night to block out street and hall noise were amazing. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the pool delightful at the end of the day to cool down in. Thanks.

Room 4 on the 2nd floor has a bathtub and a shower. Real bonus!
The breakfast spread was beautifully laid out each morning. Cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, water, coffee, selection of breads and many pastries! Also scrambled eggs and bacon.
Erika at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She gave us tips about tourist attractions and using the subway. She even lent us her Sube card!
On our first night the AC had some issues, but they gladly moved us to the room next door for the AC to be fixed, and offered food and drinks on the house.
Good place, I’m not sure with the price point. Staff was amazing

Located right in Palermo, with all the bars and restaurants in a walking distance. The breakfast is good with plenty of options.
Everything is getting a bit old, the sink is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. The pool is not heated so not in use during winter.
This is not a boutique hotel but still a good choice with good value for money.
