Large comfy room
It was fine
all was good, nice and clean.
good value for money.
location, crossing major roads in front of the hotel takes a lot of time.
no tea facilities in the room.
I liked how local it was and how nice the staff was
Nothing
The room was clean
Excellent location, great access to the city and concert arenas, a good-sized room and super clean. Friendly staff and we couldn't fault it, to be honest! Pillows were a little bit lumpy, but we had very stiff necks anyway after a rowdy concert, so it wasn't a big issue. We knew the rooms didn't have kettles, so we brought our own. Anyone complaining about that should read the listing!
Pillows were a bit hard and lumpy, so some newer ones might be worth investing in, but other than that, we were really happy with our stay, and everyone was really friendly. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a short stay for a concert or event, as it's so easy to get to and close to most places within the city.
Staff always look after me here i go to leeds regularly and refuse to stay anywhere else plusnits right next to coach station
Plug sockets next to beds for phone charging
The city centre location was very convenient, with a great view of the city, and the standard of accommodation - cleanliness, breakfast included, helpful staff - can't be beaten for the price.
The room was a little tired, the TV old and small, and the bed too soft. There was some weird staining around the smoke alarm. The breakfast offering could also be considered rather meagre.
Breakfast seemed reasonable for the price, didn’t have any tho
Was told by staff we couldn’t bring an additional person up to the room to retrieve their belongings even though earlier in the day we had all been there together. Treated us like children
It was very close to the city center and the rooms were clean
The shower is like a pod inside the room, so steam and water would go in the room.
Great location of the hotel. Nice rooms, clean.
No kettle, tea or coffee in room, you can buy it at reception desk.
Clean and comfy room, great coffee from the reception area though it wold be good to have a kettle in the room. Great location for the Armouries museum and for our music gig. and not far from the station.
