Definitely lives up to its 'budget' title
Pros:

There was one particularly pleasant and friendly member of staff , who would go out their way to say hello and ask how your day was .

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable , the rooms were not as clean as the could be . In the family room the shelves at the side fo the bed were thick with dust , the shower had stains on the wall, there was hair in the shower plug and bedding was not clean.

I do understand it is a budget hotel and it is just 'somewhere to sleep' but for families was far from ideal. When In the shower you could see through the shower door and with positions of the mirrors on the wall , kids could see you in the shower. For 3 people there were two plug sockets , none of which were near a mirror so trying to get ready and dry your hair was a riot. In the toilet if you were bigger than a size 6 you could barely move , and only provided with half a roll of toilet roll for 3 of us for 4 days . Asked the women cleaning other rooms for more to be told we had to buy our own.

There was no space to leave clothes , only 3 coat hangers were available to hang clothes up on the small peg on the wall . We literally lived out of our bags resulting in very limited floor space.

Breakfast was 8.50 per person and you literally were offered minimal food and if you were not first down there was not much left - not worth the money, I would recommend venturing out for this .

There was access to hot water however you could only have a cup of tea if you remained in the communal space down at main reception. Ordered food at evening time to be told that the only bin to put rubbish in was the one on the street.

Get what you pay for, great for one night.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Cons:

In our room the air conditioning unit wasn’t working and the TV didn’t work either. The bed isn’t comfortable. The blind wouldn’t fully close and in general the room was clean but there was things broken, e.g, the board under the sink hanging off.
