Ideal room size for the three of us staying the one night for the festival. Clean and ideal location for the train/ city centre.
We included the breakfast but there was minimal choice I would opt to have no breakfast if i booked again, members of our booking didnt think the pastries offered were fresh and we only had one hot drink each, not worth the £8.50 each for what was on offer.

The room was very clean and tidy. Thank you for changing the bedding and emptying the bin and issuing us with fresh towels daily. The location was ideal and close to all amenities. Also enjoyed the view from the fifth floor.

It does live up to its name of 'budget', bit grubby. I must have been near a unit or something because it sounded like an aircon unit was on alllllllllllll day and alllllllll night!!
Wasn't my aircon, I checked. Made sleeping quite difficult. Premier Inn was the same price - wish I'd stayed there.
Staff were very helpful. We arrived in our room to discover a cigarette butt in the middle of the floor - staff helpfully moved us to another room.
Not very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful when we raised this but still. Weird see-through shower door which made privacy impossible. Convenient but pretty expensive for what it is!
Location was great, so close to the leeds Playhouse and also the city. Room was budget but very comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental but absolutely fine and set us up for the rest of the day
It was also nice and cool during the heatwave outside
