Location is great hotel is clean
Staff are unhelpfull! We asked for a pizza at about midnight which is a standard service across ibis budget hotels and were told to use uber eats ! It was only when they realised we knew they were supposed to be able to serve 24/7 that they reluctantly made it! On thursday and friday only half the breakfast items were out and they were not replenishing items that had run out! I saw a lady ask for milk for the coffee maching and again, they were very reluctant to fill it! All breakfast items had been cleared before 10am! I have stayed at many ibis budgets! They are pretty basic but standard across the board but this is the 1st time i came across staff who made me feel like a nuisance

It is budget... room clean, all you need, toilet is a closet.Shower is part of room. But it was clean.
Noting stands out
Location is shows there is a car park if there is it must reside in another dimension. I had to circle the hotel several times trying to locate before parking quite a way off
Room was clean, however shower opens straight to bedroom with steam, and water spraying straight into bedroom. No shelving/draws to put clothes in. One of the beds sagged really badly. However room was very clean, staff friendly

An ideal location for me,close to transport links.
As its close to the city centre it made it easier for me to get to various locations.
A nice clean room and smelt really good. If I had a bugbear it would be the lack of a more comprehensive TV guide on screen but just a really minor issue.
The bar next door (the waterside) was a bit pricey for what you got. If it's part of your chain/company lower the prices and it would probably compete with the nearby pubs.
