Having stayed at the property before I know the rooms and the hotel. All clean and tidy.

Cons:

The hotel lists ‘parking’. From research I was under the impression that this meant a discount at the NPC carpark and I booked the hotel in this basis (last year we received this discount) however when we checked out and asked for it we were informed you no longer do it. Bit annoying as mentioned we booked on a supported car parking basis. Please make it clear that there is no car parking at all not even a discount.

worth the money.
Pros:

location is great, clean and great for one person.

Cons:

leak of air circulation, rooms are to small and if you open a bit the window, a lot of noise that you can't sleep or reast.

Disgusting room, very dirty, never using this chain of hotel again
Pros:

Rooms dirty. Make up and glitter from previous stay on the floor.

Mistaking booked the hotel in advance again two weeks ahead under a none refundable booking.

Dispite my complaint made for the disgusting room we had. The hotel were not able to refund or partially refund me for my stay. Nor were they able to cancel my future booking, dispite stating I would never stay here again. Very disappointing customer care.

Cons:

Cleanliness was the biggest let down !
