Awful I will never stay again
Pros:

The locations of the property was good close to the centre of Leeds

Cons:

There was a foul disgusting smell coming from the drain of the shower meaning we could not shower the heating in our room didn’t work so we were freezing cold and due to the awful stench in the room we had to sleep with the window open furthermore when booking on booking.con it states to take our parking ticket reception on checkout to get our ticket validated for a discount of the parking of under 9 pounds we go there to validate it and they tell us we don’t do that anymore so more let downs from the hotel , I get it is a budget hotel however it stunk it was dirty and falsely advertised

Overall very pleasant for the evening
Pros:

Good location. We came to watch the Gorillaz at First Direct Arena which is only about a 25 minute walk away from the hotel with the train station only being 20 minutes away. Lovely staff and comfy beds. Very warm rooms as well.

Cons:

I appreciate it's a budget hotel but I don't think it would cost them that much to provide a kettle with tea and coffee and some uht milks.

Good location and stay!
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff! It was within my budget for what I needed for that weekend. The bed was comfty too.

Cons:

There was a few times I had to reactive my keycard because I kept accidentally putting my card against my phone. This wasn't the hotel's fault as it was mine. It got sorted out very quickly. The staff were very helpful!

Shower in the room. I came with my teenage daughter and neither of us would want to see the other in the shower.

Pros:

Location, walking distance from city centre

Late check out, 11:30- 12pm

Clean room

Cons:

Basic amenities within the room:

. Seethrough shower room... not good if you are staying with an older child (16 years)- privacy is key

. No plug sockets next to bed side

. Thin quilt

. Noisy doors- can hear others slamming during the night

. No tea/coffee (be nice to have one in the morning)

. No hair dryer

. Sink outside of bathroom (have to touch door handle after going toilet- unhygienic)

Other issues included receiving an email to bring identification for under 18yrs of age. Rigmarole sorting it out to not be asked- this was frustrating!
Furthermore, not safe for those under 18!
