affordable place to stay close to the railway station
Pros:

the cost was affordable and the location was excellent: the hotel is close to the railway station and very close to Yorkshire Dance which I visited.

Cons:

the room was not ideally cleaned, bed was not that comfortable, breakfast did not include any cooked food like eggs (so I just did not go for that and got eggs in Sainsbury, which is in 8 min walk from the hotel), an unpleasant smell in the lift and did not find an access to staircase.

Great location, lovely staff but basic cheap and cheerful
Pros:

The location was excellent for me to get to work and all city amenities were a short walk. The staff were excellent all very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. I had an early train on departure and the staff went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was ready before I went and put out a takeaway cup to take a drink with me for my journey. Above and beyond and very much appreciated! The buffet continental breakfast was great for me because I am a vegetarian.

Cons:

The hotel was even more basic than I thought. There was no kettle for hot drinks in the room, no iron, no draws, just a few hangers. The shower was in the main room which was fine as I was on my own, but if I was sharing with a friend then it would have been awkward and cramped with nowhere to put anything.

Pros:

The room was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in!!! I liked that it was easy to use the air conditioning, especially with the heat we're having at the minute 🥵 The bed was lovely & comfy & the room had a nice view.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were really uncomfortable. My friend wasn't happy about the lack of a kettle in the room

Ver functional and pretty efficient large hotel
Pros:

Everything is neat and all facilities work well.

Cons:

There is no chair with back rest to sit (just a stool). The shower had a sharp edge as I stepped out.

Would recommend for price and location
Pros:

Location was amazing. The street for parking is just across the roundabout. Always a space there.

Cons:

That the shower was in the room and not in a separate room. Very revealing if you’re with a friend. Not much privacy!
