Pros:

It was a large comfortable room, central and convenient. They provided a fan when it was hot.

Cons:

The dustbin was cleaned daily and tea and coffee was replaced. I'm not sure if that was part of stay, or if it was self cleaning and service.

No food was available in the evening or morning.

Cons:

No food was available in the morning or evening. Facilties in the room were minimal. Nowhere to hang any clothes. Suitcase had to be left on the floor. Minimum amount of instant coffee and tea bags available, but nothing to nibble on. Temperature of the hot water in the shower was dangerously high even before the override.

Proper pub.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was great. It's a proper pub so I didn't know what to expect. The rooms were a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

We were told there was secure bike storage. It was in a very narrow passage at the back of the pub with no lock on the door. All good though. We locked the bikes together and they were still there in the morning.

great value for money, amazing location
Pros:

perfect location for medieval quarter and our concert at the Minster, staff were so friendly, room was great, even cool on a scorching hot day, car park nearby was cheap, superb cafe nearby for breakfast.

Nice modern and nicely decorated room.

Cons:

Noisy bar/band below but they did stop promptly at 11pm. Just that we were early to bed waking the coastal path.

Only just adequate - a few tweaks would improve it enormously

Bed was comfortable, location was good, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I have mobility problems and the room was up stairs. Moreover there were further steps up into the bathroom. There was a cracked window ,and the windows didn't lock.. The bathroom smelled of drains, especially from the shower which I didn't use, for that reason. The towels seemed clean enough but were threadbare and shabby - new towels are cheap enough. There was no wardrobe, I had to hang clothes on the back of the door. I was disappointed that no food was provided, not even a D.I Y breakfast. There was only 1 easy chair, hard-luck if you're a couple.

Pros:

I liked the position of the place compared to some of the places we visited. Not far at all, and easily reachable from the train station.

Cons:

The shower in the room. The water was too hot and there was no way to change it. Almost impossible to take a shower and that is not ok. The sink in the toilet had no water pressure at all and the toilet bowl was way too small and the flush was not working.
