Sinply do not book here. The photos and listing are misleading, the sheets are not changed - even after asking the hotel to change them twice - I had mould on my sheet and caught bed bugs. The cleaner never does a proper clean of rooms, there is no 'spa' or dining facilities and it is in a dirty, laneway in the backstreets of Taxim. Its noisy, the air-conditioning keeps breaking or switching on/off.....book anywhere but here!

Sehr herzliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden unsere Koffer sofort entgegengenommen. Das Personal unterstützt uns in allen Bereichen. Die Fragen wurde korrekt und sofort beantwortet. Das Frühstück war frisch jeden Morgen und sehr gut. Das freundliche Personal in der SPA war sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, ich selber werde hier wieder kommen. Ein grosses Lob & Kompliment geht an die Reception Herr Yunus und Personalküche Frau Helin.
Das Hotel steht in der Mitte der Stadt (Taksim), ruhige Gegend!

Good location and nice personal

If you’re black do not I repeat do that book this hotel. The front desk was helpful and friendly but the room didn’t have any water or coffee etc. The bedsheets had stains. I saw the difference in treatment btw the white customers vs me ( Afro Latina). They say it’s a spa but they told me it’s not working. We wanted to use the remote and I had to give a deposit of 20 dollars to use it. Every time we shower the water would splash all over the floor bc the door of the shower did not closed. The place is decent if you’re on a budget but over all they are not friendly to black people.

The actual hotel doesn’t look anything like the photo online! It’s a decent looking hotel and it is on a very old little street.
The lobby is very small, but the manager “ Okan”, the receptionists, the girls who work at the breakfast buffet are all very professional and very nice and friendly people.
The owner of the hotel needs to better the breakfast buffet, they serve the SAME exact thing every morning! I have read reviews before I stayed there, and people say the buffet is delicious, i don’t know what’s their “ delicious “ is? Hhhh. Everything is pretty plain.
Mr Owner , if you read reviews, come on brother! Spend little more money and serve your guests better breakfast, it will make a huge difference!
The hotel area: I think if you are young and like to party at night , this is the area for you.
If you prefer family hotels and area , I suggest “Serkeci” area. Cleaner, and more convenient as you will be close to many other touristic places, and you will have the tramway! You won’t have to deal with the taxi drivers who will over charge you.

One of the best quality hotel in istanbul ,located 200 meters from taksim square , clean comfortable , the staff are so KIND AND AWSOME , very helpful and friendly . Okhan the manger is so Kind , Muhammet Yilmaz.... we were blessed with such service and great hotel 😊

Very cool Scandinavian type 60’s modern style. Great location in real neighborhood close to main square. Good price. Nice cafe space and private garden with cat family. Good breakfast included. But beware Taksim is kind of edgy seedy area so u have to want that.
