Due to the above issues I would not stay here again
Pros:

The river setting is nice

Cons:

Very noisy from the highway traffic and no soundproofing between rooms could hear clearly people talking in the next unit . No shower screen just a shower curtain . If you turn the water up it would flood the whole area .

Pros:

The location was very good, close to everything. Early check-in was helpful 😌

Cons:

So understandably budget = cheap...
The highway noise was LOUD!!!
I arrived very early on the day, without any expectations asked for an early check-in if possible?, with gratitude & genuine curiosity. I was met with a little bit of hostility until She realised I had zero intentions! Honestly I do believe She chose the least preferred room available.
It was constantly interrupted by incoming truck deliveries reversing in with loud beeping signals.
Bless the cleaning staff but FAR OUT, so close to their quarters "Goods inwards" Laundry come rear of Restaurant Receiving NEVER, I repeat never accept room 31 OR closeby !?

Perfect
Pros:

Location is great, a nice walk from motel to MyState Arena ( for bridge congress) .
I love that this motel is generous on fresh milk in the fridge, these sorts of things make a big difference

Pros:

Was in a good spot for what we needed. Fairly close to everything.

Cons:

No smart TV, seems a bit outdated.
The fridge wasn't on, therefore our food went bad as we weren't aware until the following morning.
