Pros:

The property is by the river shore, there is a small play area, BBQ, veggie patch etc to keep the kids engaged. Staff was nice who helped us deal with an electricity issue.

Cons:

It was strange that the power points tripped when we turned the heater and kettle on together, more so because probably the neighbouring room must have done so too. Looks like the circuits are in series. And it tripped twice and after that we didn't dare use the kettle because it was a very cold evening and you can't think of staying without heater. There is no aircon in this room, just the heater. So there can certainly be some improvement on that aspect.

Lovely, clean and simply well equipped.
Pros:

Well set up room with excellent heating but only in main living area. Comfy beds. Very clean and well equipped. Loved the little duck visitors in the morning. Lovely being right along the river. Shower was AMAZING

Cons:

Would have liked heating in the bedrooms so you don't have to leave the doors open when sleeping. Couches could be a little bigger and more comfortable. Parking should be numbered per Villa to avoid people double parking or taking up other car parks. Please consider adding in a clothes dryer to the villa's

Over priced Prison cell room

Rooms is prison cell-esque, they demand a undisclosed $200 deposit before they let you check in- either on your card or you must come up with $200 cash on the spot- if you opt out, no refund, an no room!
The mattresses have a built in hard plastic heat element, on both side of the bed- sticks up 1 inch off the mattress, and will dig into your arm or side.
Dark hairs on sheet and in shower upon checking in.
Windows in bathroom don’t close, and someone was taking on the phone and smoking outside of it until late.
Finally there’s a motion activated light outside the room that makes a billboard spot light on the wall when people or animals set it off at 4am
Easily one of the worst rooms I have ever let.
There’s a ton of options in this area, don’t waste your time and money.
