Comfortable, quiet and clean
Pros:

Excellent river front accommodation. Older style but very comfortable rooms.
Shower was amazing.
THE BEST PANCAKES EVER! Especially with cream and berry compote. Mmmm.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a toaster and at least two plates, bowls and cutlery. There is a microwave in the laundry but nothing to use to put your food on in your room or in the microwave.
The breakfast format has been changed, we really loved the old way as you could have a normal cup of tea or coffee with your breakfast at no extra charge. And also could get extra toast or pancakes if you wanted to with your continental breakfast. (The best pancakes I’ve ever tasted by the way:)

Goed bed ! Heel schoon / hygienisch. Locatie dichtbij familie in Berriedale.

Great spot on river only half hour from Hobart wharf area
Staff are tremendous especially Anna in bar restaurant

Okay - the ducks were the highlight!
Pros:

Loved the ducks! Highlight of staying. We should have paid more to stay in the rooms on the water, they were clearly much nicer! Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

There were a lot of truckers that came to stay at the property with massive lorry’s. It was a bit uncomfortable having the place swamped with guys every night and loud vehicles. I’m sure they are nice people but we’re used to being really careful around strangers for personal safety.
