Cons:

Geographically is positioned well.but too noicy with traffic,people outside room,the trucks from the next door nursing home , nursing home staff smoking area next to my room, very poor internet

Despite these issues, I found it to be a reasonable and affordable place to stay and would consider staying again.
Pros:

The motel offered good value for money at around $100 per night. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay.

The location was excellent and exactly where I needed to be during my visit. The surrounding area was pleasant.

Cons:

The bed was a little small for a taller person, and noise from vehicles and guests arriving and leaving could be heard from the room. Improved soundproofing would make the stay more comfortable, especially during the night.

Good for a short cheap stay
Pros:

Good location. Friendly receptionist on arrival. Clean room

Cons:

Shower was either burning hot or completely cold. Very cold room with a tiny wall heater. Very drafty. Lots of light as the blinds didn't cover all the windows. Paper thin walls. Lots of mould. No receptionist on check out. Would do well with a big revamp

Uncomfortable
Pros:

Its location

Cons:

Hobart in winter and the only heating was small radiator on wheels and no air conditioning so a visit in summer would be unbearable
The shower alternated between scolding hot and freezing cold without touching the taps
I overheard a neighbour complaining to cleaning staff about the same problem so it was in all the rooms
The motel was built in the 60’s and has clearly never had a new fit out so unsure when the photos online were taken but certainly not as advertised
