According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When staying with children, it is necessary to sign a liability waiver for the use of the pool, even if the pool is not used during the stay. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot be left alone in the common areas of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Hotel limpo, recepção maravilhosa
Sempre bom, nada a reclamar
Café da manhã.
Não tem estacionamento e não havia manobrista como haviam informado. O estacionamento ofertado fica há duas quadras do hotel e com chuva não havia qualquer suporte de ambas as partes.
Se precisar de local com estacionamento de fácil acesso eu não recomendo.
Funcionários da recepção da noite não davam devida atenção às solicitações. Reclamei que não havia controle da TV e o secador de cabelo estava queimado e ninguém deu atenção ou suporte.
Da limpeza as camareiras estão de parabéns
Poderia aquecer a água da picinina mas o hotel avisou que era temperatura ambiente ates de me hospedar grato pela hospedagem tudo dentro do padrão descrito hotel limpo bom custo benefício

Estavamos em 2 carros, enquanto meu marido e minha amiga fazia o check-in, ao invés do funcionário ja orientar onde poderia estacionar o carro, falou que precisava esperar terminar o check-in, enquanto isso, precisamos ficar "estacionados" na rua, com 2 crianças pequenas, idosos, e um monte de moradores de rua passando e pedindo dinheiro. O cartao para abrir a porta travava direto, tinha que empurrar a porta com força. O preço das coisas tanto no frigobar quanto da bandeja era mto elevado.
