Pros:

Good location, but no all day parking, bed for a couple is very small, bad restroom. Price is not compatible with quality offered. Good breakfast.

Restroom is bad. Bed is small for a couple. Parking is far away and and the employee who drives your car till there is no available after 10pm.

Bem no centro e tem manobrista (estacionamento com taxa e em outro local, mas da pra levar o carro se quiser).

Quarto super espaçoso e banheiro tbm, muito confortável, não deu alergia 👍

Cama meio mole, mas dormimos bem // cartão de acesso ao quarto com defeito (falamos a recepção) e td ok

Cons:

Fiz solicitações de colocação de uma luz queimada e torneira com problema varias vzs na recepção sai de lá sem ser atendido. Prédio já velho com elevadores cheirando a mofo, pra completar oferecem um sv de garagem assistida com shofer mas por três vzs tive que ir buscar o carro na garagem, sempré tinha uma desculpa ou o buscador está jantando ou já tinha saído, péssimo sv.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a acomodação limpa e confortável, frigobar super abastecido, secador de cabelo potente, a internet funcionou perfeitamente bem e o café da manhã estava ótimo. Destaque para os funcionários, sempre gentis e solícitos, fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os turnos. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá.

Cons:

A única crítica que temos a fazer é em relação aos elevadores. Durante a nossa estadia, tivemos dificuldade em utiliza-los, pois as duas unidades disponíveis, aparentemente, não funcionavam ao mesmo tempo - e cada um possui capacidade para apenas 4 pessoas. Mas isso é algo que pode ser facilmente melhorado no futuro. Quando estávamos sem as malas, utilizamos as escadas sem problema algum.
