Pros:

A equipe e a localização são boas.

Cons:

O banheiro é mínimo e tem vazamento no box. Após o banho o banheiro fica todo molhado porque a água vaza do box. A acústica entre os quartos e corredor é inexistente por isso escutamos tudo o que acontece do lado de fora do quarto. Conversas, roncos, etc, ou seja, zero privacidade. A internet é outro ponto fraco pois é impossível abrir fotos ou videos utilizando o wifi do hotel. O café da manhã é bom contudo, sugiro que coloque outra sanduicheira pois a fila para utilizar o aparelho a fim de fazer um sanduiche quente é impraticável.

O serviço de limpeza é muito bom, camareiras muito educadas, encontrava o quarto sempre muito limpo e organizado nos retornos no final do dia, recepção atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom. Satisfeita com minha estadia no Hotel. ☺️

Não tem estacionamento e não havia manobrista como haviam informado. O estacionamento ofertado fica há duas quadras do hotel e com chuva não havia qualquer suporte de ambas as partes.
Se precisar de local com estacionamento de fácil acesso eu não recomendo.
Funcionários da recepção da noite não davam devida atenção às solicitações. Reclamei que não havia controle da TV e o secador de cabelo estava queimado e ninguém deu atenção ou suporte.
