Pros:

Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü ve kibardı. Oda genel güzeldi ve temizdi.

Cons:

Restaurant berbat ötesi bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı ekstra aldık çoğu şeyi yiyemedik lezzetsiz tatsızdı. servis çalışanı kızlar ilgisiz ve kabaydı. Teras gibi bir yere çıktık her yer boş bardaklar ve pislik içindeydi oturamadık. Masalar uzun ı masa şeklinde olması düğün salonunu andıran garip bir düzendeydi.

I didn’t like the fact that around 6:30 I asked for an espresso coffee. Even though the waiter had already started his shift, he didn’t serve me and told me that I had to wait until 7:00.

Goed ondanks de taal probleem wel tevreden.

Toch wel alles, ruime kamer, lekkere roomservice, goed ontbijt buffet. En voornamelijk 2 dames die werken aan de receptie allebei blond haar lichte ogen hebben mij enorm goed gesteund en geholpen met elk klein probleempje. Deze dames verdienen echt een RAISE!!

Cons:

De taal barrière! Irriteerde me elke keer als ik receptie belde of roomservice omdat ze niet goed Engels spreken en daardoor veel miscommunicaties met ze had.

الست شوهيدا قامت بالمساعدة وتبديل الغرفة لطابق مرتفع مع اطلالة (شكرا شوهيدا) , الموظفين تعاملهم جيد , المسبح تجربة جميلة نضيف جدا .
