Frühstück den Preis nicht wert!!!!!!!!!!

Das Hotel ist zwei Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt.

Cons:

Ich habe das Frühstück an der Rezeption bar bezahlt und habe die Zimmernummer nennen müssen. Ich bin ins Restaurant gegangen und bin wieder danach gefragt worden. Während ich mich beim kleinen Buffet bediente, sagte eine Mitarbeiterin, dass das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen sei und sie es mir verrechnen müsse! Ich sagte ihr, dass es bereits bezahlt ist. Sie sagte laut Rezeption wäre das nicht der Fall, sie werde noch einmal nachfragen und kam dann nicht mehr, obwohl sie sich im Restaurant aufhielt. Das Buffet war extrem klein, nicht viel Auswahl, hatte 15.- Euro gekostet und dann sowas unprofessionelles! Ich ging nachdem ich fertig war, zur Rezeption, um mich wegen der angeblichen Nichtzahlung zu erkundigen. Plötzlich stand die Mitarbeiterin vom Restaurant neben mir und teilte mir mit, dass sichvein zweites Mal erkundigt habe und von der Rezeptionistin wieder die Antwort bekommen hätte, dass ich nicht bezahlt habe und wir nun beide fragen können!!! Die Rezeptionistin sagte, dass sie sich an mich erinnern kann und sagte, dass sie sich bei der Zimmernummer verhört hätte!!!!!!!!!!!! Frechheit!!! Ich bin wie eine Diebin hingestellt worden.
