The location and the rooms are very good.
When I entered the room, it was extremely hot. Then I turned on the A/C, but it didn’t work. Then I saw an employee out of my room in the hall and asked for help. He told that all A/C’s are always turned off for reducing the costs of the hotel and customers have to call the reception to activate the A/C. Then I called the reception and been told that they will grant access to A/C ASAP. However, it took an hour to have a normal temperature in the room. Also, t’s was not the best A/C even it was working.
Very good location and very convenient with a pool and spa ans restaurant. MR. Beker was very helpful on check in and check out.

Sehuda made sure we had an amazing stay! She took care of everything including arranging the airport shuttle. Amazing extra service the hotel offers by the way! Free shuttle to and from the airport with such nice drivers! Beautiful pool, spa and gym. We also received complementary snacks one evening. Roomservice also perfect with good prices! Very fancy and clean hotel!
Şüheda and Deniz (sorry if I spell it wrong) very kind and nice people. The hotel is excellent. Brilliant facilities, great breakfast and amazing rooms.
The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Suheda and her colleagues were very helpful and the service provided was great. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at Selectum Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food offered plenty of variety. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
The service was consistently good, and the team made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant holiday experience.
