Fantastic stay with staff going above and beyond
Pros:

The stay was amazing. The staff were very lovely and upgraded our room which was a nice surprise! Great facilities and pool area which is always clean and enjoyable. They held our bags for us and even allowed us to use the pool area before and after checking out (due to funny flight times). Highly recommend.

Shame the other guest ruined what had been a great night away.
Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Bathroom clean, enough space to put toiletry bag near the sink. Great location, near restuarants & bars. Close to beach. Easy paid parking

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was adjacent to people who came home at 4am & were really noisy. Hotel staff tried to get them to keep it down but they were still making noise, talking & laughing loudly at 7am. From speaking with staff at check out this guest is known to them. Really dissappointed we had to put up with this and no offer of discount or remediation of the issue from staff.
