Great location to explore Bondi
Pros:

The location is great
The room is modern and stylish
The room layout is convenient (small but everything you’d need is there)
Cozy lobby with nice books and sofas

Cons:

Cleaning didn’t happen for the first 3 days (I had to work late evening due to time difference, so usually woke up late around 11am and then put the clean up sign after 1 or 2pm after a quick swim/run/brunch before leaving for longer), on the 4th day some sort of cleaning happened but the only towel on the floor was not replaced, and the toilet paper was not refilled ever though I barely had 10 sheets left, the bed looked like it was done in a rush. Plus, there is mould in many gaps in the bathroom (between the sink and the wall, and basically around the whole shower ceiling).

Soundproofing is very weak, was able to hear almost everything in the room next to us and in the hallway.

Pros:

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Bondi Beach, and the location is excellent. The room was very spacious, with modern, well-equipped and new facilities, plus a balcony, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay.
Right next door is Harris Farm, and there is a supermarket directly across the street. If you prefer to cook for yourself, it’s very easy to buy fresh ingredients. There are also several restaurants and bars on both sides of the hotel entrance, so dining options are extremely convenient.
A special mention for parking: the hotel appears to have an arrangement with Wilson Parking. Hotel guests can park in Level 2 of the underground car park for AUD 33 per day. After checking in at the front desk and paying the parking fee, you can drive in and out freely at any time. No parking ticket is required — simply use your hotel key card for access, and the boom gate opens automatically. The parking lift also provides direct access to all hotel floors, which is very convenient, especially for guests travelling from afar.

Pros:

This is our third year and the hotel is on a great location with spacious 1 bedroom suites.

Whilst the rooms have been updated, the bathrooms are small and "dated".
