That it was not in the centre of Protaras.
There was some kind of corporate conference and I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of preparations.
I was rushed out of the breakfast room as they took the tables outside for the corporate event.
The conference took place in the hotel lobby and my experience was severely compromised .

Beautiful and cozy hotel, comfort and clean rooms. Everything was perfect for us to enjoy our accommodation and relax. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Also the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it.
The breakfast was perfect, with many options to choose from. The hotel staff were very nice and polite. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was clean and very comfortable.
The only minor drawback was the limited variety offered at dinner. While the food was enjoyable and well-prepared, I had expected a broader and more diverse selection given the overall high standard and quality of the hotel.

Swimming pool look good and nice gym
- the bed broke my back, im completely blocked, it ruined my holidays. I’m 35, I’ve never had a blocked back. We asked if we could change room to have a better bed but we’ve been told they are all the same
- the room looks good but not functional, there’s barely any space to put your clothes so the room get messy
- no space to put the towels other than inside the shower so they get wet
- hairdryer is stuck in a drawer, impossible to use and the power is so low that it doesn’t dry anything
- breakfast is good, could have more options of fresh fruit
The staff is super friendly. A quiet hotel with good facilities.
