All The staff were so kind and helpful - especially Andreas from the pool bar ! Facilities were great.
Upgraded our stay to the all inclusive - the best choice ! we had an amazing time !

alarm went off at 06:00, no one came out to say anything. very bad pillows. ended up sleeping very poorly.

It was a good choice with space for improvement.
Pros:

I like the friendliness of the staff, everyone was super helpful. The breakfast and the diner were excellent and there was a variety of choices.

Cons:

The pool beds were dirty and there were bread crumbs or something similar on them. There was a false alarm incident at 6:30 a.m. which was ringing for about 10 minutes and it was really annoying especially because this incident affected our sleep in a bad way. Also, the shower space is not designed correctly because during our shower, a lot of water was spilled outside.

I loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel. The pool and seaside views were stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made everything easy and welcoming. Perfect spot for a calm getaway.
