Pros:

Готель з чудовим сервісом. Сніданки та вечері - чудові, якість блюд - ідеальна😍. Обслуговування в ресторані - прекрасне. Прибирання - також гарне.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус - це відсутність шумоізоляціі в номерах.

It was excellent - we loved it - we’ll be back !
Pros:

It didn’t feel busy even though it was high season - the food on offer with all inclusive was exceptional

Cons:

The only thing we found a bit strange was the lack of privacy between the bedroom / bathroom - the wall to the bathroom was translucent, so make sure you are staying with someone you are VERY comfortable with ! Wouldn’t stop us returning though ….

Very poor outside facilities
Pros:

The hotel overall is nice and small, the room is very good and clean and includes all you need. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the beach, is not seaside hotel. The outside facilities of the hotel are terrible, no shadow at all, everything concrete and not enough sunbeds. Also the sunbeds were very bad, low to the ground and not comfortable, the outside showers by the pool were almost all broken. In general the hotel inside was ok but the outside is very poor.

Pros:

My stay was short but truly wonderful. A big thank you to the staff - they were always helpful and quickly solved any issues. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the cocktails were excellent.

I would also highly recommend the SPA treatments. They were incredibly relaxing and definitely worth trying.

Thank you for such a great experience!

I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about
