Extremely fun staff was amazing Lisa and also Sophia from the bar were really kind and we will remember them for good !
Pros:

The thing that surprised me most was the staff always smiling always asking if something is needed from the moment we checked in in the reception to the moment we checked out expeltional.
The view was stunning as well .

Cons:

The thing that disappointed me most was the bed , I have an allergy to dust mites as soon as Iayed on the bed I felt my allergy what led me to a bed night sleep almost every night but the first was the worst .

Apart from that we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast and lunch we had, were very nice.

Cons:

We found the room a little small and very dim, the lighting was very poor.

Especially for my wife, no dressing table, no light on the full length mirror and no power point near the mirrors.

Only power point was by the bed and that wouldn’t reach near the full length mirror or the mirror above the wash basin. She felt the facilities were not that thought of.

A very attractive hotel with plenty to like, but some important issues to fix.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed, with lovely pools and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, even though it was fully booked during our stay. The panoramic sea views from the windows are beautiful, and the bartenders and waiters were all very friendly and pleasant. The food was generally very good and varied, and overall the all-inclusive package was definitely decent.

Cons:

The biggest downside by far was the bed. We had booked a room with one bed, but in reality it was two separate beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart. On top of them was a very thin, soft mattress topper that constantly moved around as well. Unfortunately, the whole setup was extremely uncomfortable and probably the worst part of our stay.

The rooms themselves are very stylish, but not particularly practical. The fixed bedside tables are tiny and inconvenient, and there are only two power sockets in the entire room — one next to each side of the bed. There are literally no other sockets anywhere, which feels very strange for a hotel in 2026. Storage space is also quite limited; at the very least, some hooks for bathrobes or significantly more hangers would make a big difference.

Unfortunately, despite generally enjoying the food, both my husband and I became very ill with what appeared to be food poisoning just before leaving. We had eaten exclusively at the hotel during our stay, so this was particularly disappointing. It made the journey home quite difficult and significantly affected our final impression of the hotel.

Perfect break
Pros:

Aesthetically pleasing, staff were all lovely. Great breakfast, lovely pool area and we enjoyed an amazing massage. It was close enough to the main strip with bars and restaurants without being too close!
