Cuando llegué al hotel trataron de hacer un upgrade sin consultarme con un valor mucho más alto de la tarifa que Booking me dio. Recomiendo poner mucha atención en el momento del Check in. Además es difícil de entender el inglés que la recepcionista hablaba, de aquí que es fácil equivocarse.

Great location
Pros:

An excellent stay in Shanghai! The location was ideal for my work trip and the friendly staff helped me with an early check in. The room was clean, comfortable and offered wonderful views of the surrounding area. Having the breakfast option was very convenient. I would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Qingan Shangri-La, and the Horizon Club truly made the experience exceptional. Sylvia, Nancy, and Lucy were outstanding—always helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service alone is a reason we will return.

The swimming pool itself is beautiful and well-maintained, though the lifeguards could be more attentive to guests.

Overall, the majority of staff were courteous and welcoming, and the Horizon Club stands out as one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended, especially for families.
