Convenient location for first time Shanghai visitors.
Pros:

Location is the biggest advantage of this property. Nearby shops, restaurants, small food stores. Amazing shopping near by.

Cons:

Staff without communicating level of english was surprising for 5 star rated hotel.

Fantastic for work and personal - absolutely loved it!
Pros:

Exceptional location and facilities. e stayed at the Puli next door last time and enjoyed the Shangri much more! Wonderful sppa, restaurants and so easy to access everything you need for work and pleasure!

Cons:

Ability to access tv programs other than old HBO and local channels when we wanted to relax.

Beautiful hotel! Highly recommend them.
Pros:

We stayed at the Jing-An Shangri-La in Shanghai for 4 nights ahead of a cruise. We booked the Horizon Club, Executive Room. The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were amazing and they went out of their way to accommodate anything that we needed. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at his hotel chain and we would definitely stay at there hotels around the world again. 5 Star!
