Le petit déjeuner est parfait.
En club Horizon, nous avons pu conserver notre chambre jusqu'à 16H00 le jour du départ, ce qui est très pratique pour un vol en soirée

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits dans l’établissement en chambre exécutive (réellement parfaite) et nous pouvons juste à peine regretter le manque de renouvellement dans l’offre des plats au club horizon.

Pros:

Really convenient, located right next to the mall and train station, staff were really helpful, gym was spacious and had all the equipments especially for strength training, rooms were comfy. Breakfast was good too.

I want to tell the team thank you so much for taking care of me. I was the one with medical emergency and had to leave in the ambulance. They took so good care of me and we were ready to go in the ambulance within minutes. When I arrived I briefed the team of my condition, and they went above and beyond to save my life. Thank you Jing An Shangrila staff. I cant stop telling people how much I love you!!!!!!

The hotel staff's conduct towards guests is highly unprofessional and disrespectful!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, specifically with the concierge. When I approached him to ask for directions to the market, he shouted at me and gestured in an incomprehensible and highly impolite manner.
Furthermore, when I attempted to lodge a formal complaint, I asked his colleague for the concierge's name, but he refused to provide it. Instead, he promised that the management would send me an apology email and inform me of the disciplinary actions taken against the employee. Unfortunately, to this day, I have received absolutely nothing!!
