No volveremos.
Cons:

El personal es muy poco servicial, incluso desagradable. El desayuno es de poca calidad; algunas cosas hay que abonarlas aparte. Muy difícil regular la temperatura de la ducha.

Recomendo a estadia no hotel, funcionários muito educados e ambiente limpo. Café da manhã excelente!
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções de frutas, pães, doces, ovo mexido, sucos, tudo uma delícia!
A localização também é muito boa, fica próximo ao shopping Punta Carretas e ponto do ônibus Hop On Hop Off de turismo. Tem vários restaurantes na proximidade.

Cons:

Quando chegamos ao hotel, nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, então nos acomodaram em outro quarto, ok! Quando nos mudaram para o quarto reservado, estava um cheiro forte, tipo de reforma ou madeira, precisamos deixar as janelas abertas por bastante tempo para amenizar o cheiro.

El jacuzzi y el burger point en el edificio

Cons:

El agua de la bañera no salia muy caliente para llenarla, o tal vez no entendí como usar la ducha. Y las toallas no me parecieron suavecitas al tacto

Another disappointment, this time bigger
Pros:

The location is good, although it's a very noisy neighbourhood, especially considering road works.

Cons:

The parking lot attendant, who was extremely rude and aggressive when I simply asked if I couldn't pay for the parking lot along with my stay at the hotel lobby. The price for parking, not informed when I confirmed my reservation and check-in, extremely expensive and with terrible service.
Two electrical plugs in the room were damaged. The bathroom had a cracked toilet, a cracked sink and a huge crack in the bathtub. No idea what could've happened there ! The cleaning was terrible. The lady didn't clean the bathroom, just changed the towels, and the windows were so dirty on the outside that we couldn't enjoy the view.
