A pleasant and comfortable stay overall, with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The only drawbacks
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. Overall, everything was clean and pleasant, and I really enjoyed my two-night stay.

Cons:

The main thing I didn’t like was the parking charge. I feel that £10 for every 24 hours is quite expensive, especially when already paying for a hotel stay. For a two-night stay, I had to pay an additional £20 just for parking, which I feel is not very reasonable. I believe parking should either be free for hotel guests or offered at a more reasonable rate.

Also, the parking area is quite small, and sometimes I could not find an available parking space. It would be better if the hotel could provide a larger parking area or improve the availability of spaces. Overall, these were the only things that I felt could be improved.

Good value, good location
Pros:

Short walk to town one way and Edgbaston the other, with Tesco, Co-op and Greggs close by. Free pool table, comfortable beds.

Cons:

A bit tricky for me (53) to get down from the top bunk.

A very suitable budget hotel and very conveniently placed from the city centre as well as the stati.
Pros:

The room space is small. Not even space for a kettle for Tea/Coffee.
But being a self-confessed Budget hotel leave no reason to complain.

Cons:

There is no scope given the room size.

Very convenient, very cheap, decent pizza
Pros:

Conveniently located for the O2 Academy and walking distance of The Bullring. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are clean, small and basic but when you're just kipping there after going to a nearby gig it's absolutely fine. Would be better if the mattresses were more comfortable. Our second time staying here and adequate both times. Pizza is only £8.50 and fed two of us. Vending machines had drinks and snacks.

Cons:

The mattress was solid and a silverfish was crawling on some of our clothes on the morning we departed. The room was very clean though so it must have crawled in from somewhere...

Good value for money
Pros:

Very good value for money considering the location and being able to park the car within the hotel carpark, which was £10 for 24 hours. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty plug sockets with USB-A charger ports. And good lighting in the room.

Cons:

The lifts were making some concerning noises, but seem functional, one of them the screen is damaged so you are unable to see which floor you are on within the lift. The T.V in the room is far too close to the bottom of the bed, honestly I would have preferred to not have had the T.V at all, you have to awkwardly side-step along the foot of the bed while trying to avoid hitting the T.V with your back. The way the toilet is fitted my partner (6"3) was unable to use comfortably due to his knees hitting the wall infront.

Warm friendly staff even the robot hoover came to say hello!, A***😍
Pros:

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with cheery faces happy to help , polite and enthusiastic. Walking to my room it was lovely and clean and had a lovely fresh smell . The room was small as expected but again super clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. I think the room may have recently been upgraded as it certainly had a new fresh feel to it. My room was on the main road side which made is noisy with the window open as it was quite warm but didnt hear much at all once the window was shut and made for a peaceful (slightly warm) night. The fan is only an air circulator and slightly cools air . My room was on the sunny side so it got quite warm, in the winter that will be good, I also got a chance to see the opposite side rooms which were much cooler so on my side it would of been nice to have air con. over all I enjoyed my stay the staff were all so friendly and warm including the cleaners it seemed they all enjoyed working there so well done .

Cons:

Would of been nice to be able to cool my room a tad more, carpark does need to be a tad bigger as it’s a first come first served basis however I was lucky to get parked on both of my nights.
I enjoyed my stay there wasn’t much I didn’t like

Enjoyable and just right for a large family on a budget
Pros:

Leanne cleaned our rooms beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the children especially liked the overhead bunk in each of out triple rooms. The staff were friendly and we were made to feel welcome. The shower was great

Cons:

It is a budget hotel so remember to take a hairdryer. No tea making facilities in the rooms however there is a vending machine in the lobby so you can get a drink

Very much worth the money have already booked my next stay
Pros:

Location was perfect for where I needed to be, staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Cons:

I would’ve liked an extra pillow as they’re a bit flat, and air con didn’t work that well

Pros:

Great value for money. Basic but modern and clean. No kettle in the room but it is a budget hotel, and there are facilities on the ground floor to make hot drinks. I saw people playing pool when I came back after a night out and the atmosphere was busy but pleasant.
