Pros:

The staff and security was very helpful and friendly.
The location to O2 academy as it was right next to it. Late check out is great. 24hour reception and food if you wanted to order.

Cons:

Personally don’t think it was worth what I paid. Didn’t even get any sleep due to the people across the hall being so loud, and then again getting woken up by the same people at 6am.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed when we came back later in the day.

Cons:

Would have loved a hot breakfast in the morning. Not a big fan of cereal or croissants for £9 each. Room very outdated with woodchip walls, a bunk bed which was very unsafe to get onto and not much room for two people. Also we looked out into the building site every morning.

Great hotel for the price and what I needed it for
Pros:

Location is great, close to the train station, the O2, and hippodrome.
The staff were great, breakfast was good.
The room is basic, but was clean. The shower smelled a little bit, but the clue is in the name, Budget. It’s cheap for a reason, and for the price and what I needed it for, there was nothing wrong with this hotel.
