Beautiful and fun hotel, loved the style and vibe. Staff were very friendly and the outdoor areas and spa were great additions. Very close to beaches and Tofino town.
Sadly the restaurant and bar was closed both days we were there.

Very cool hotel. The retro/vintage vibe is tastefully done and left us very impressed. The rooms are clean and new and the layout is non-traditional for a hotel, which is what we loved about it.
The board games in the lobby was a nice surprise!!!

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Check in was seamless and we were offered so many tips. The room was clean a great size and really quiet. The restaurant on site provided a stunning dinner on our first night and we would definitely revisit here.

Hotel Zed has to be one of our favourite places on Earth. Not only is the atmosphere incredible, but the staff completely add to the experience. Ki at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and helpful with everything to do with our stay! This is a great place for couples, families, and our dog too :) Highly recommend.
Room was only half cleaned. Took away our coffee cups and press and did not replace until we called
Had an excellent day at hotel Zed would recommend it to anyone the amenities and the vibe in the hotel instantly made this my favourite place to stayin Tofino. Ki and Jerin at the front desk. We’re so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

The power outage on the last day haha
Check in was smooth, unfortunately when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed until dinner the next evening. This information was not on the web site - had we known we would have stopped to eat on the way. The room was clean. There was no where to sit in the room as there is only 1 chair. There was no table to have a cup of coffee. There is only a kettle and french press in the room - there was no creamers etc for your coffee. There was no other option other than french press. It rains in BC, that is not a surprise. There are very limited options of activities in the hotel. The majority of activities are outside - not usable in the rain. The hot tub requires you to walk outside to get there. There are no robes or slippers provided. Not sure how this works, I guess walk outside in the cold and then walk back outside to your room. The cafe was open in the morning. At 8:00am, they had run out of breakfast sandwiches. Very disappointing. Unless you are in Tofino in the summer months - avoid this hotel. We were invited to give our feed back to the Hotel - the response was very corporate basically stating too bad for everything, hope you come back.......not sure why I sent my feed back to the Hotel.
