A very nice hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

I liked the decor and the quaintness of the place. Very lovely stay.

Pros:

Loved the design of the rooms. Comfortable. Good location. Storage for bikes.

Cons:

All good. Breakfast aimed to reduce waste which is a great idea but the set trays had items I wouldn’t have chosen alongside preferred options so I fell I actually wasted more

Es handelt sich um ein älteres Hotel, das neu im Industrial Style renoviert wurde. Die Treppe ist recht eng und steil, aber es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Wir haben dasHotel wegen der Nähe zu Brüssel Midi gewählt, aber der Fußweg dorthin ist nicht ratsam – er führt entlang der Bahnlinie und über breite Straßen mit unbeleuchteten Gehwegen und zumindest momentan entlang mehrerer größerer Baustellen, die den Weg blockieren.

Der Eingang ins Hotel ist zwei Stufen hinauf und daher nicht vollständig barrierefrei. Das Hotel reserviert eine Kaution von 100 Euro auf eine Kreditkarte die nicht direkt beim Checkout zurückgebucht wird.

Unsere Hauptkritik ist, dass das Hotel nicht hilfreich war, als wir wegen eines Zugstreiks nicht am geplanten Tag ankommen konnten.Sie ließen uns die ganze Nacht bezahlen, selbst mit vorzeitiger Kündigung, weil die Stornierungsfrist einen Tag vor der Nachricht vom Streik lag, und sie haben nichts angeboten, nicht einmal eine freundliche E-Mail-Antwort.
