治安が悪いエリア、とのクチコミが多かったので少し心配してましたが、ヨーロッパに住んでいる者としては全然許容範囲でした。小便小僧など観光地にも近く歩いて色々楽しめました！
Pros:

シャワーの勢いも良く、ちゃんと熱いお湯もずっと出て快適でした！(ヨーロッパではシャワーの圧が弱く、温度調節がしにくい所も多いので)
日本が誇るエアコンDaikinが付いており、暑い日でしたがすぐ涼しくなり最高でした。部屋の温度を自分で調節出来て良かったです。

Cons:

贅沢を言うなら、小さくても良いので冷蔵庫が付いているともっと良かったです。

Free coffee was great! The espresso machine in the lobby was a lifesaver. The WiFi was also very good. The value for the money was also satisfactory. I thought the décor was also very creative.

Cons:

I needed a better desk to work from. The tiny wedge of a tabletop in the corner was barely enough. And I was given a room with a bunk bed - totally unnecessary. The ladder for the bunk bed was constantly in the way.

Pros:

situation géographique de l'hôtel proche du centre ville (ainsi que le parking) ; la visite se fait très facilement à pied ; chambre minuscule mais propre, lit confortable

Cons:

à notre arrivée, demande d'une caution de 100euros en liquidité ou en virement bancaire (attention, somme remboursée avec délai d'attente de au moins 3 jours ! )....Au cas où nous dévastions la chambre ou volions une serviette éponge ? quel accueil !!!
le petit déjeuner hors de prix servi sur une table un peu "collante" : 17 euros tout de même ! -imposé par regroupement d'aliments salé ou sucré en 4 propositions sans possibilité de choisir un panachage selon le goût de la clientèle, pour une qualité plus que moyenne : 1 seule sorte de pain -en grande tranche, mou donc de la veille, qui n'avait rien d'un pain frais sans aucun autre choix ; où sont les pains complets, aux graines, etc ??? un bowl de yaourt avec compote de pommes tournée et pétillante (bonjour l'hygiène et la conservation de produits fragiles....ou trop vieux ? Ne pouvons manger de pain blanc pour des raisons de santé, bref, l'alternative de ma tranche de jambon et mon œuf au plat était plaquée or en qque sorte !

Comfortable Home Base to explore Brussels and Beyond!
Pros:

Location is convenient — just a 10 min walk to Grand Place, a 12 min walk to Brussels Central Station, and you’re within steps from numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

A great night’s sleep — the bed was very comfortable and my room was very quiet.

Fast, reliable wifi and strong shower pressure. Loved the aroma of the body gel and hand soap!

Excellent AC and easy to operate. It cooled the room fast!

Cons:

Lack of power outlets at the desk in Room 51.
Lack of hooks to hang your towels.
Lack of luggage rack.
Only 5 hangers for your clothes.
Shower floor very slippery — need a bath mat or grab handles.
Poor lighting above desk area in Room 51.
Lack of full length mirror.

Esta cercano a Gare du midi south lo que hace fácil el transporte desde y hacia el hotel . Hay varias alternativas de como llegar incluso caminando si es de día, de noche no lo recomiendo en ese caso es mejor tomar Uber o Bolt

Cons:

Tener que dejar un depósito de seguridad en caso de daños de muy alto valor (100,0 e) en donde solicitaron una tarjeta de crédito creo que es mucho por una noche, debería ser proporcional al numero de días de alojamiento
