La cosa migliore di tutte è stata la comodità fantastica del materasso, il materasso sbagliato può rovinarti la vacanza questo era meraviglioso! Stanza luminosa, ampia, accogliente, estremamente pulita, silenziosa. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani tutte le mattine. Bollitore caffè/thè sempre disponibili. Personale gentilissimo. Arredato con molto gusto. Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, vicino anche al pullman per l'aeroporto. Veramente bello!

Pros:

Fata de la recepție a făcut un efort deosebit și ne-a vorbit în spaniolă (rezerva era făcută din Spania) deși ne-am fi înțeles lejer și în engleză. Camera ere foarte luminoasă, la etajul 5 cu vedere frumoasă spre oraș și am prins zi cu soare ceea ce a ajutat și mai mult. Patul a fost dublu, king, confortabil iar în cameră existau detalii ca apă cu filtru de carbon și pahare. Se mulțumește fiindcă am observat că tot mai des lipsesc lucruri așa de simple și totuși atât de importante atunci când călătorești și nu-ți poți duce cu tine tot confortul de acasă.

Cons:

Se poate insistă mai mult asupra curățeniei din cameră și baie iar prosoapele erau destul de vechi (după uzură și albul îngălbenit...).
