It was horrible value for money, looks nothing like the pictures, its dirty there were white stains on the sheets (clearly disgusting) its more like a 2 star hotel than 4 i feel scammed

A perfect 10.
Pros:

The service at the hotel is excellent. The location is great. Everything is nearby and easy to walk to, and public transportation is also close, along with all the most famous places in Istanbul. The hotel staff are extremely kind and always ready to help.

Cons:

We liked everything. My mom, my friend and myself had wonderful time.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber - Lage war gut.

Cons:

Frühstück - wenig Auswahl und hätte vielfältiger sein können. Kaffee ungenießbar. Teller und Gläser werden zu früh abgeräumt, obwohl man nicht fertig ist.

My go to for Istanbul
Pros:

2nd time staying here. My go to for Istanbul. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Big water provided daily. Large size bath products ease of use. Iron and fan proved at request. Location is great. 5 min from grand bazaar and metro 15 .min from blue mosque.

Overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was great. We were visiting for the first time, so it was easy to visit all the main attractions either by walking or taking the tram. Very polite staff. Clean facilities. Their breakfast buffet was lavish with many options.

Cons:

The mattresses and pillows were a bit too stiff for my liking.

La situation de l'hôtel à qq minutes du tramway pour Sultanamet, avec seulement 3 arrêts.
Le personnel à la réception
L'espace dans la chambre triple

La qualité du petit déjeuner, dès la fin du créneau d'ouverture du PDJ tout est immédiatement enlevé du buffet. Il vaut mieux ne pas arriver en retard !
