I would not return to this hotel or recommend it.
Cons:

The phone kept ringing throughout the night - in the end had to disconnect from the wall. There was an awful drainage smell from the bathroom. Had to open the window due to smell but then had roadside noise!

Pros:

The hotel is 30 minutes by car from the city centre, so in an industrial area. If you come by car, it is alright as it also has free parking. The value for money in a week day is good as it offers free parking and an alright breakfast (pretty basic, nothing fancy). The staff at the reception desk went the extra mile to meet our needs and was very helpful.

Cons:

The room is pretty simple and not spotless clean. There were some stains on the bed sheets, dust on some surfaces and the floor not thoroughly cleaned (I walked for a few minutes bare feet in the room and when I went to bed, my basefeet were black). The staff at the breakfast was not very welcoming, but they minded their own business and did not cause any discomforts.

Pros:

Gyönyörű tisztaság. Kényelmes az ágy, tiszta szagtalan ágynemű. Olyan takaró, ami nyáron nem melegít, nagyon jó mínőségű. Szép a fürdőszoba. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Késői kijelentkezési lehetőség. Hosszú idő ablak a reggelire.

Cons:

A forgalom hangja éjszaka is behallatszott csukott ablak mellet is. Igaz nem hangosan. Viszont valamilyen gép hang is zúgott éjszaka a szobában.
