琵琶湖の絶景、朝食が美味しく、京都からの移動に便利
Pros:

朝食が美味しい。大浴場、露天風呂がある。部屋から目の前に琵琶湖が見える。晴れの日の部屋から眺める琵琶湖の朝日が素晴らしい。京都の中心部、京阪三条から最寄りの浜大津の駅までは、22分で、駅から徒歩7分ほど、車の通らない歩道だけで到着できて便利。ＪＲ大津駅まではシャトルバスがある。琵琶湖ホールまでも歩いて15分足らずで到着。お天気の良い日に琵琶湖沿いに琵琶湖ホールまでお散歩するのも楽しい。京都のホテルよりは比較的リーズナブルな価格。

Pros:

Superb location with the rooms and social areas overlooking the lake. We enjoyed staying there after three hectic weeks in very busy cities as Tokyo and Kyoto. We could chill in the confortable hotel facilities, had good buffet breakfasts and nice evening meals in a relaxed atmosphere but also amused ourselves with some cycling around the lake and a little boat cruise.
The hotel sems to be mainly a holiday or weekend destination for Japanese families which felt really good as we appreciate an immersive experience in the local culture although we can only speak a few words in Japanese. The hotel staff made us feel very welcomed and communication was never an issue.

Cons:

We could suggest a more diverse offer of light afternoon/ early evening snacks and meals.

Pros:

We loved the teppanyaki at Ohmi. We were lucky to have the table for the two of us and the food and servuce was next level awesome.

Our room had fantastic waterfront views.

見慣れた景観も、サンセット、サンライズが綺麗でお天気が良かったこと。

Cons:

アメニティが申告制です。歯ブラシ、髭剃り、ヘアブラシ。部屋にはタオルしか有りません。朝食3,500円は値打ち無かったです。外でモーニング取った方がずっと良い。
