Medewerkers achter de balie waren heel goed in hun werk. Correct, beleefd en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Kamer 249: de bedden zijn allebei doorgelegen.... matras is teveel op geslapen of is onnodig te zacht geveerd. Bedden moeten vrij stevig aanvoelen en je moet een goede nachtrust krijgen; dat is door deze matrassen niet goed. Matras bij het raam heeft zelfs een X teken erop... betekent dat dat die matras afgekeurd is of zo? Dan klopt dat wel; maar dan had deze al vervangen moeten worden. Andere matras is iets beter; nog wel te zacht.
Verder minpunt: er moet op zijn minst één stopcontact zijn met een USB aansluiting. Geen één in de kamer. Ook niet benden in de lobby.... dat zou wel mogen.

Hotel und das Zimmer waren ok

Cons:

Hab das Hotel vorher kontaktiert und wurde mir gesagt es gibt einen Parkplatz beim Hotel. Wo ich dann ankam war der voll, beim parken mit Warnlichter bis ich mich bei der Rezeption erkundige wohin ich jetzt soll wurde ich von einem älteren Mann angeschrien- ich soll sofort weg gehen ?!? Aber wohin? Ich habe ihm ignoriert und bin dann zu Rezeption gegangen wo die Damen sehr nett waren. Zum Schluss musste ich bei anderem Hotel kostenpflichtig nen Parkplatz bezahlen und meine ganzen Sachen dann ins Hotel zurück schleppen. Wenn sie mir bei der Unterhaltung sofort gesagt hätten dass sie keinen verfügbaren Parkplatz haben wurde ich mir lieber direkt nen anderen Hotel buchen der eins hat wenn ich es schon extra bezahlen muss

Pros:

Really liked the airport shuttle service! The restaurant on site was great after a long flight and breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable and rooms were quite so close to the airport.
