Pros:

Buen trato del personal. El desayuno estaba rico y te explicaban todo.

Cons:

La habitación tenía el a/c malo. Es decir en modo ai 🤖 y no podía operarlo. Al final tuve que abrir la ventana para poder dormir por el calor que hacía dentro de la habitación.

Great location, staff were nice, good size room.

Cons:

There were rats outside the hotel and flies on breakfast buffet as it wasn't covered. Overall hygiene and cleanliness were poor.

Niks beviel ons jammer genoeg

De receptionis Garry heeft ons ingecheckt en zogenaamd een taxi voor ons besteld en wake-up call geregeld zodat wij volgens hem op tijd waren, nou beide niks van waar gemaakt! Echt heel triest dit, waarom beloof je iets als je het niet waarmaakt! Geen wake-up call en geen taxi, wij gingen om 04;00 in de nacht vertrekken we hebben geen andere taxi kunnen vinden en wij vertrouwden op zijn woord. Schandalig dit. Nooit meer! En Garry moet geen uitspraken doen die hij niet waarmaakt want wij vertrouwen op zijn woord. Echt heel triest dit, onze reis begon door hem met veel spanning en heel gestresst. Hij heeft niet het recht om ons dit gevoel te geven, ik ga een klacht over hem indienen.

Estadia no Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Airport - Junho de 2026 - casal com bebé
Pros:

Pontos positivos:

Enquanto ponto positivo tenho que realçar a localização e sobretudo o serviço de shuttle entre o Hotel e o Aeroporto. Foi mesmo o ponto fundamental.

Cons:

Eu, a minha mulher e o nosso filho de 21 meses de idade ficámos 3 noites no Hotel em Junho de 2026.

Marcámos neste Hotel porque pensámos que nos proporcionaria condições dignas de um Hotel de 4 estrelas.

Contudo, ficámos muito dececionados.

Vamos começar pelos pontos negativos:

1 - Em primeiro lugar, a simpatia dos funcionários. De forma geral (à exceção de um ou outro que foi simpático), todos pareciam que não queriam ajudar ou facilitar a receção. A verdade é que não podemos generalizar, mas ficámos com esta ideia, porque estamos habituados a ser recebidos de outra forma.

2 - Em segundo lugar, o quarto do Hotel. O nosso quarto era de tamanho adequado e com uma televisão enorme. O colchão era muito mole. No entanto, solicitámos um berço e tivemos de ser nós a montá-lo quando chegámos ao quarto. A este respeito, era um berço velho e de fraca qualidade, o que nos deixou muito desagradados. A casa de banho também tinha uma lâmpada fundida. Nem se dignaram a colocar uma toalha a mais por causa do bebé.

3 - Quanto à limpeza, verificámos logo à chegada que a limpeza deixava muito a desejar. O quarto estava com algum pó. Além disso, estivemos 3 noites e nunca limparam o nosso quarto durante a nossa estadia. Considero que foi algo inadmissível.
