半夜约凌晨时分，我在深度睡眠中被一阵极其刺耳的警报声惊醒。警报持续时间很长，至少有 10 分钟，声音大到让人心慌。整栋楼的客人被迫离开房间，前往酒店大厅避难，然而前台当时竟然没有任何工作人员在岗，也没有任何指引或安抚。我们只能自行摸索到大厅等待。直到警报声终于停止，似乎事情暂时平息，大家才被允许回到房间。整个过程令人惊恐不安，导致我一整夜无法入睡。

次日早晨，酒店方面并未主动向客人作出任何解释或道歉，前台人员对昨晚的情况也不清楚或无可奉告。作为旅客，我们不仅没有得到安全保障，也没有获得应有的信息透明度。

建议：

酒店必须完善应急预案，确保紧急情况下有人值守并及时沟通；同时在突发事件后主动告知客人原因及处理结果，这是对客人最基本的尊重。希望酒店管理层重视此类问题，以免再次发生类似影响入住体验的事件。

Na een hele lange reis stond ik bij jullie aan de receptie en helaas gaf de nacht receptioniste aan dat er geen pasje voor mij klaar lag. Ik heb een half uur gewacht terwijl zij diverse mensen probeerde te bereiken, helaas zonder succes. Ook gaf zij aan dat zij mij niet kon inchecken omdat zij niet in het systeem kon. Met geen van de gegevens uit mijn reservering van Booking kon zij wat vinden. Omdat zij niet wist wanneer er iemand zou reageren op haar appjes en telefoontjes hebben we afgesproken dat ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen en ik alsnog gelijk door naar huis ging rijden. Ik was erg moe na een lange reis en had graag, ook vanuit veiligheidsoverwegingen, in jullie hotel willen slapen. Ik vind het dan ook ronduit waardeloos dat dit zo is gegaan…

Alright but could be better
Pros:

The free shuttle service and the location of this hotel being very close to the aiport. And there is also bus stops all around, and there is also a McDonalds right outside so if you need food you can get something there!

Cons:

That the AC did not properly cool down the room, we set it to the coldest option of 18 degrees celsius, for the room to cool down but the AC did not cool the room at all when we arrived the room temperature wa 21 degrees, hours later it only went down to 20 which didnt go lower than that. Had a hard time falling asleep due to the room feeling warm.

Cons:

Kwam tot twee keer iemand kamer binnen die in de kamer verdieping hoger moest zijn vreemde gewaarwording. Volgende morgen toch maar gemeld.
