Room was large and quiet (couldn't hear the air traffic) and the evening meals at the restaurant were very nice.
The shuttle service to and from the airport/train station was amazing and we used it often.
The air-conditioning was very warm which along with the thick donna made sleeping very uncomfortable. We would have liked to have tea making facilities in our rooms. More pillows and tissues would have been nice.

If you are put up in a room close to the lift , the door leading to the lift keeps banging with a loud noise every time someone opens the door ,A problem throughout the night .

To the Management of Bastion Amsterdam Airport Hotel,
I by am writing this formal letter to express my absolute outrage and profound disappointment regarding our stay at your hotel from 30 April to 03 May 2026. Despite paying a premium rate of around 200 € per night, the condition of our room was not only unacceptable but posed a serious risk to human health.
Upon arrival, we discovered stomach-churning evidence of a total lack of hygiene management:
My blanket was stained with semen.
My brother’s bed sheets were stained with blood.
These findings are irrefutable evidence that the bedding had not been laundered or changed prior to our arrival. Such negligence is a severe violation of basic sanitary standards and a blatant disregard for the health and safety of your guests.

Given the hazardous and traumatic nature of this experience, I demand a full refund of the total amount paid for this stay. Please be advised that I am not treating this as a simple service issue; I am escalating this matter to the following authorities:
The European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net)for violation of EU consumer rights and safety standards.
The Luxembourg Consumers Union (ULC).
Booking.com’s formal dispute and safety department.
I expect a confirmation of my refund and a formal explanation within [48 hours]. Should you fail to respond, I will proceed with legal action through the aforementioned consumer protection organizations and publish these findings on all major travel review platforms to warn other travelers.

We loved the hotel shuttle service to the airport. We loved being within walking distance to Mac Donald’s. We enjoyed huge bed. We arrived in morning and thankful a room was ready for us to check in to.
My iPad did not get Wi-Fi in our room the last day so I had to go to lobby to get reception.

Excellent location, very pleasant staff. Super quiet room despite being close to the airport.
Could be a touch cleaner around the fridge area and couple more coffees and tea on the room would be handy rather than asking at the reception.
Otherwise all was good.
