Très bel hôtel bien placé qui permet de bien visiter Manhattan
Pros:

Le placement est idéal. très proche des trains pour venir et se rendre à l’aéroport. Les intérieurs sont neufs et très propres. Le personnel est très à l’écoute.

Cons:

C’est très bruyant la nuit (Ac/chauffage) plus les bruits de la rue. Il faut prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles.

Nice convient stay.
Pros:

Location is great for what I need - close to Grand Central station and walking distance to Times Square,etc. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff are overall very welcoming and helpful. The same doesn’t go for the cleaning crew. For whatever reasons the cleanings staff have an attitude.

The location was amazing and central. The atmosphere was beautiful and comfy, gorgeous modern design. The rooms are clean, they smell good, and their size is just right. The value is awesome, everything you need is there. The only noise you hear is the cars outside if they honk (it’s not loud) and I love it - we’re in New York baby! The service is above and beyond. The staff that work here truly care, they were so accommodating for me, they are all kind and made me feel so appreciated during my stay. I always felt heard and understood. Superior, genuine service. The amenities are perfect, the terrace on the top floor is beautiful along with the interior design in the lounge area where the terrace is with coffee and tea. Absolutely amazing. Stay here if you want a calm, friendly stay during your time in NYC.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Hotel boutique was a wonderful surprise. From check-in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. We were delayed due to a winter storm and the hotel provides free laundry service, a 24/7 lounge with coffee and tea.
The hotel is located in an area with multiple restaurants, and easy easy walk or drive to everything.
Whenever I go back to New York I plan on staying at this hotel
