Perfect location and amazing facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff, cleaning done properly on time everyday . Great location and a hidden ge . Area is full of nice restaurants and take outs. Bring them and enjoy in their 27th floor . They have water dispensers on each floor , very handy to fill your requirements and amenities..

Cons:

Gym. It needs a cleanup and possibly a revamp.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, with lovely rooftop lounge
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk, lovely rooftop lounge

Cons:

The lifts were out of order a lot - 3 lifts and quite often only one working. Long waits and in fact people got stuck too. Not great when you’re on a higher floor and very inconvenient.
