perfect getaway ideally located and nice bedding
Pros:

Hotel is ideally located
the Superior room are just marvellous with a subtle view of Times Square at night.
Hotel Staff are super arranging and friendly while the facilities like a small gym, lounge and conference room with free coffee sparking water and tea with a nice rooftop terrance + complimentary laundry will for sure make you feel right at home.
recommend for couples looking for a getaway trip in the epicenter of Manhattan

Pros:

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto. Noi abbiamo preso la suite al 9 piano con angolo cottura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. A volte a pranzo rientravamo in hotel, preparavamo da mangiare e pranzavamo in terrazzo al 23 piano. Super vista!

Highly recommend this boutique hotel two blocks from Grand Central!
Pros:

We loved the location--we got off the train from Connecticut and walked 2 blocks to the hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we were able to leave our bags while we went out for the day. The terrace was a great bonus and we ate several take-out meals there plus morning coffee. The filter water machine and bottles in the hall were very appreciated. Security features for the elevator were good. I will definitely return.

Cons:

The suite was a bit small--not unexpected in Manhattan--and the sofa bed was hard (it should come with a soft mattress pad).

Excellent location, staff, experience
Pros:

My friends and I loved this small hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was conveniently close to Grand Central. It has a lovely rooftop terrace with complimentary coffee, cappuccino, etc.

We reserved a suite with a mini kitchen. The only negative was the sofabed, which was hard.

Otherwise, it was a totally great experience.

Location strategica, grandezza della camera, assenza di rumori e letto molto comodo. Bella vista dalla terrazza. Dispenser acqua molto utile.

Cons:

Arredi vecchi, non confortevoli e non corrispondenti alle foto. Doccia con tenda. Assenza di lobby e aree comuni confortevoli.

Fantastic stay in NYC
Pros:

Great location, few minutes walk from Grand Central Station and very close to Times square and many attractions
Room was clean and comfortable and good size for NYC standard. Loved the complimentary 24 hours available filtered water on each floor and coffee/tea facilities at 27th floor.
I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Pros:

Wonderful stay, wonderful location. We stored our luggage the day we were leaving. When we were leaving, before the bellman went for our luggage he asked us if we needed the restrooms. Awesome. Who does that??? Anyway, highly recommend this property!

Insane location. 5-10 minutes from everything. Also the suites have huge windows!

Top hotel, goede ligging.
Pros:

Perfect hotel, ligging is top. Vlakbij trein/metro station en op loopafstand van Time Square, Broadway en Fifth Avenue enz.. Op de 27e verdieping een rooftop en een lounge waar je lekkere koffie/thee kan pakken. Op de verdieping kun je zelf een flesje koud water vullen bij een tappunt. Dat is een fijne service..

Cons:

- Alles is goed geregeld, check in en out. Allemaal prima. Zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en de volgende keer weer boeken.
