This was a great mid-town option, affordable and centrally located.
Pros:

The location was super convenient for UN-related meetings and there were several good stores near-by for coffee/lunch, etc. Also great to have an on-site laundry.

Cons:

The neighborhood wasn't really distinctive but it also wasn't especially noisy - so sleeping was fine. I appreciated having a gym but it was a tight space (not surprising).

Pros:

The 27th floor lounge was wonderful. The exercise room had what I needed. The staff was helpful.

Tiny room, advertised at £119 per night but ended up costing £345 for 2 nights. Appreciate there are taxes but just didn’t add up, got 1 coffee pod so asked for more 4 times, eventually got 2 more an hour before we left! Room was not serviced on second day

El living room del piso 27 es un espacio espectacular para trabajar o descansar, con buen café y otras bebidas disponibles a discreción. Las botellas de agua refillables a toda hora son un plus muy conveniente. Buen servicio y productos de buena calidad para la higiene personal.

El espacio de lobby de la entrada es pequeño para la circulación de pasajeros.

一次美好的入住体验

我和我的丈夫于2026年2月22日——25日入住了酒店，酒店的工作人员都非常的热情，特别是名叫Elias的小帅哥，服务非常的周到细致，使用翻译软件详细地为我介绍酒店设备设施的配备和具体位置。第一天晚上的房间是一个低楼层的，我希望能够调整一间景观好的高楼层房间，Elias帮我们做了备注登记，第二天便为我调换了房间，让我的纽约之行变得更加完美。特别给Elias点赞，五星好评！
酒店床品很干净舒适，房间空间虽然不是很大但是够用；房间空调很好，我们在纽约赶上大暴雪，但是酒店的温度让我们感觉很温暖；卫生间浴室布局合理，花洒好用水很冲。酒店的地理位置非常便利，距离中央车站、第五大道都很近，乘坐地铁公交都很方便，如果下次去纽约还会入住格兰德中央精品酒店。

Great location, nice staff, and wonderful spot for a stay in the city.
Pros:

Checking in was a breeze, and the location can't be beat. Close to lots of landmarks, including Grand Central and the NY Pubic Library, and a short walk from Broadway and other sites. The water stations and coffee on the top close were also great and we used them often.

Cons:

The sound of the door next door closing was a bit loud, but not enough to be a problem. The beds and pillows were a little soft to my liking, but again, not a problem.

Perfecte locatie nabij grand central maar eerder aftandse kamer

Goede locatie kortbij de highlights. Tevens een ruime kamer met aangename keuken.

Cons:

Geen klassieke receptie, eerder chaotisch. We moesten vaak wachten op een receptionist. Eerder onprofessioneel. Verder was de kamer aftands. Versleten tapijt. Meubels ook aan vervanging toe. Douche is met douchegordijn.
