Excelente localização , limpeza dos quartos , bom café da manhã

Cons:

O atendente Marcos foi muito atencioso , porém no check out precisava verificar o consumo do frigobar no meu apartamento , solicitou a uma camareira que respondeu que iria demorar para dar a informação e um tom de desprezo , ou seja , negou ajuda , o que demorou a realização do check out , detalhe havia mais um cliente nesse momento fazendo o seu check out , isso ocorreu por volta das 7:40 hrs .
