De houding van de receptioniste. Ik wilde mijn boeking één nacht verplaatsen dat bleek onmogelijk. Ze wilde niet luisteren en niet meewerken en had geen begrip voor de situatie. Regels zijn regels. Ik kom hier nooit meer.
