Pros:

-O prédio tem boa academia, piscina, de frente para o mar, apesar do calçadão da beira mar estar em reforma.

Cons:

Tendo a finalidade de melhoria na experiência da hospedagem, relato: -chegamos e ouvimos barulho de chuveiro ligado, entramos mesmo assim no escuro e o piso do banheiro estava encharcado, bem como parcialmente a sala e o corredor próximo a porta de entrada. Só tinha 1 pano de chão. Conseguimos sanar o problema. Informamos à recepção. Tudo é resolvido diretamente com o proprietário, pois o hotel não tem gestão.
-- cortina parcialmente fora do trilho;
-- escorrimento de água na bancada do banheiro na base da torneira;
-necessário deixar mais de 1 rolo de papel higiênico para estadia de 4 diárias para casal.
-sugestão de deixar opção de 2 lençóis para casais, não somente 1 lençol de casal.
-O café da manhã é por fora do valor da diária. O café é bem servido, self service.

Foi divina. Perfeição em tudo
Pros:

O quarto é impecável. Decoração perfeita. Lençóis e toalhas de excelente qualidade e extremamente limpos e cheirosos. Utensílios de cozinha de qualidade. Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente. Cápsulas de café disponíveis e alguns mimos para os hóspedes. Amei e quero voltar sempre . Anfitriã muito gentil e atenciosa.

Não tenho nada a reclamar. Foi o melhor flat que já me hospedei pelo booking

It looked pretty from the outside

Cons:

From the moment we checked in everything was disappointing. We were placed in a room that was completely different from the room we booked and had to argue to be moved. The hallway was a construction site for the entirety of our stay with constant banging, drilling and noise. We booked this place mainly because of the pool which was closed to guests for the entirety of our stay, a detail that was never mentioned before we paid. The booking agent then had the nerve to tell me that the price was lower because it was the off season and to expect these inconveniences. It was false advertising and objectively wrong. Possibly the worst value for money I have spent on accommodation.
