Tiszta volt és napi takarítás.
Nem volt szekrény, hűtő. Hiányzott a wc kefe. Sem ablakot nem lehetett nyitni, sem légkondi nem volt.
The management was racist. They didn’t honour the booking as they felt the customer was shady.
Our managers who I booked for had to rebook somewhere else after travelling from Manchester leaving early morning for a business trip and worked all day and refused entry.
No refund has been issued yet either.
Email is sent to the hotel and there has been no response.
Convenient location - though Subway not operating on Sunday!!, easy to find, slightly dreary (internal) approach but good clean room with all facilities.
The conveniently nearby [Tesco] shop didn't sell alcohol after 10 pm
Free parking 25 mins walk of Glasgow Central Station. Easy check-in process. Perfect for one night stay at a good price.
Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good for the money. The young women on the reception desk were really welcoming and helpful.
I would have liked a kettle in the room but it is a budget hotel and you can make you hot drink at the breakfast room.

Really budget, not even a kettle in the room. 24/7 coffee and tea available in the reception area - instant coffee, and tea bags. They would literally turn off the actual coffee machine outside of breakfast hours...
Not a good selection
Better selection of food for breakfast maybe.
The young red head at the desk was not approachable at all, she was rude to a couple that was in front of us that couldn’t speak very good English, she rolled her eyes at them for not understanding. Then was rude to my friend and I that asked about breakfast we didn’t know that there wasn’t much food left and got charged anyways so we paid £17 for cereal and a muffin.
The bed, the location
The absolute stench of cooked food thay overwhelms you throughout the hotel. 2 housekeeping staff dressed in casual wear repeatedly kept trying to force their way into my room which was locked. They then proceeded to get angry at me when I answered the door (which they didn't knock at any point), they didn't identify themselves so as far as I aware 2 strange men were reapedtly attempting to access my room. No apology from them, just anger. I felt very unsafe and when speaking to reception I did not feel the matter was addressed appropriately. I didn't feel safe on my second night and it completely ruined my trip as I couldnt relax. Avoid at all costs.
