Place stank upon entry. People arguing and slamming doors all night. Room was dusty and the air conditioning threw dust everywhere when I turned it on.

Pros:

Amazing staff especially Rebecca who made us so welcome and the pizza was delicious all staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Budget shouldn't mean unpleasant!!
Cons:

The second we walked in, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. It was in the carpets, the curtains, and the bedding. For an Ibis Budget, I wasn't expecting luxury, but I was expecting a clean, breathable environment.

Basic but fulfilled our need for four rooms and we were only there to sleep as we were off to the rugby. Bonus was break

Basic but suitable for us as only needed bed for the night after watching the rugby. Needed 4 rooms and fulfilled our need.Reasonable location for the station. Easy to locate and parking available. Large bed.lovely touch to provide Welsh cakes in the rooms for the rugby weekend.
