Staff were helpful. No questions about having a refund

Cons:

Everything. Didn't feel comfortable. Seems its just for workers. It's ok if you just needed to sleep after a long journey

Excellent staff, poor hotel.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to support mine and my daughters needs but after being told I would be on ground floor I was disappointed to learn I was on first floor. My daughter has a phobia of lifts and I have post sepsis syndrome meaning I suffer lots of joint pain when tired.

Cons:

Room was not very big, floor was cold and it was situated on first floor.
