Cigarette smell in the hallway, room, towels, linens. Upgraded room took 3 hrs to be prepared.
Business lounge is nice and comfortable.
People smoke in the pool area and inside it. We wont be coming back

I booked a 3 night stay, and the check in day was the first day of the war with Iran. At check in, the receptionist did not want to check me in, even considering that the ENTIRE country was on lock down and safety concerns were very high. When I asked her why, she said I could pay if I wanted to check in. UNREAL. I then was forced to upgrade my room, so that she would CHECK ME IN. They truly just want you to pay an arm and a leg -- when you really dont get luxury. The rooms our outdated. The location is good though. The Shabbat dinner was good. The guys in the front are very kind. The receptionist are extremely rude and do not care for their guests. I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other places that you can do on the beach, and this hotel did not offer a pleasant stay,
Have been using this hotel for many years and will defintely continue staying here. At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences.
It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules.

While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. The manager assistant advised that they have many different Bellavista rooms. This was the first time after many stays a Bellvisya room that it was small and without separate toilet and bathroom. I was not impressed with such misrepresentation. Two days later we were given a ‘real’ Bellavista room.
Besides this I cannot fault them in anything. Service throughout was excellent be it the restaurant pool service turnover reception. Will continue to use them
