A hotel with more potential
Pros:

We used the hotel as an overnight stop over but its better than that. Comfy bed. Very nice breakfast. They arranged a return taxi for us to a local event and we were entirely satisfied with the outcome.

Cons:

Just need to be very careful entering and leaving the car park as its onto a very blind roundabout. That said nothing else to complain about

Oppressive, outdated and unpleasant
Cons:

I refused to use the shower because it had mould in it. I used it to wash my hair and the water leaked out of the bottom of the shower and onto the floor. Rust and mould in the radiator, mould in the glass water bottle. Terrible lighting which made no difference when switched on. Consistent smell of drains coming from the bathroom which had no ventilation or window. Luckily we had a busy schedule so all we did do in there was sleep. Pictures online are nothing like the room we were given.

Pros:

Our room was clean and tidy, but rather tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The Air Con in the restaurant didn't work properly. Parking is awkward (mainly due to patrons parking badly...)

We will be very happy to stay at the Old Court Hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

We love Witney and the location of the hotel was brilliant for us.

Cons:

We think a non slip bath mat would be a good addition as it can be a bit awkward getting out of the spa bath as it is so deep.

Also a fan in the room for when the weather is really hot as the rooms seem to hold the heat a great deal.

Convenient location, firm bed, shower cubicle in the small bedroom which is in need of a refresh.
Pros:

Quiet room which was once an animal barn (the feeding trough was a feature in the room) which was very quirky.

Cons:

The car parking was barely sufficient to accommodate the number of cars to be parked. The shower cubicle is in the bedroom and the extractor was not working. Lighting is quite low (had to remove the shade from the table lamp to get sufficient light to work at). There was a spider in the toilet area. The breakfast offering was limited. The bed mattress was very firm. The room is in need of a refresh.
