The hotel is located on a small hill away from the rush of the town.
The rooms are spacious and with a good view.
The kitchen does not have a tandoor but they get stuff from a near by restaurant which is well equipped, in fact you can walk down there for a multi cuisines.
Hotel is average. Family room size is spacious. Senior citizens like me have to climb steep steps to reach reception. There's no elevator to reach to upper floor and one has to go by stair case. Towels provided were torn and dirty and shabby, they were looking very old in use. Wi-Fi was not working properly. Complimentary breakfast is limited to only one item.
Hotel view was wonderful and memorable. But, cleanliness is not what we expected. In fact, menucard is not available in one of my two rooms. Morning service was very late.
After a long journey from Mumbai we were told that they did not have a room available for us as they had a large party booking. I was furious and do not expect to be treated in this way. We were taken to another hotel where the room was smaller and even though we had a triple room booked we were given a double bed and a spare mattress for my daughter to sleep on. This was disgraceful behavior from what I thought was a reliable hotel based on us booking through hotels.com.
I used this hotel in Aug, 2014 for family vacation. To my surprise this hotel was not at all good in terms of location, cleanliness, staff, food, rooms. Rooms are smelly. This hotel is just a 3 floor building with virtually no reception or lobby. Nothing for children.. My recommendation is that never use this hotel otherwise it will kill your vacation. This hotel runs with 2-3 staffs. I am surprise why this hotel is listed in Hotel.com site.
