設備が老朽化しているのは否めない。５階ロッカー前の天井から水がたれていて、完全な
雨漏り状態。とは言え、上野御徒町の繁華街のど真ん中に格安で泊まれるのだから、とてもありがたい。また利用させていただきます。

価格にしては大満足！
Pros:

普段はビジホですが、休日とホテル空いてなかったので急遽宿泊。ポイントは、サウナで整える、熟睡できる、価格と比較するとサービスはかなりいいです。耳栓はしてましたが、すごくよく眠れました。（寝過ごして延長料金とられましたが、それでも500円！）近くにお店もたくさんあり、大満足！

睡眠と入浴のみと絞れば施設としてのコスパば抜群にバランスがいい。

まだ寝ている人がいるのに、従業員さんの部屋の片付けの音が酷く、歩く音も大きく気を遣ってくれてる気配も全くなかった。この音で起こされ、ずっと続くので全くゆっくり出来なかった。
