Not worth the money i paid. The mattress was not comfortable. The windows are not sound proof so you can hear everything from outside and in morning there were lot of noises..the room size was just average

الاقامة بشكل عام جيدة عدا الملاحظتين السابقتين ارجو ان تأخذوها بعين الاعتبار للارتقاء بمستوى الفندق والله الموفق

الهدوء والنظافة والكادر وخاصة موظف الاستقبال السيد يوسف كان لطيفاً ومتعاونا جدا

Cons:

بوفيه الافطار ممكن ان يكون افضل وموظفات الاستقبال في البوفيه غير متدربات للاستقبال بشكل جيد مثال واحدة منهن كانت تجلس بشكل غير لائق حيث تضع رجل على رجل والعفو اسفل الحذاء موجه للزبائن وهناك ملاحظة اخرى حجزنا سيارة للمطار والصبح لم نجدها وقالت لنا موظفة الاستقبال لا يوجد غير سائق واحد وهو ذهب مع آخرين حجزو قبلنا واعادو لنا النقود واضطررنا لطلب تكسي في آخر وقت

فندق متميز صراحة يستحق 7 نجوم

كل شيء فوق الممتاااز بكل امانه ، والموظفات في الاستقبال قمة في الاحترام والذوق ، شكر خاص لبشاير و اشتياق ذوق وبشاشه واخلاص في العمل ، والبوفيه لذيذ ، والمكان كله نظيف والخدمه سريعه ، وكانوا مسويين فعاليات كأس العالم وشاشه كبيره للمباريات ، اشكر الاداره وكل المنظمين والموظفين في كل المرافق وحتى في المطعم متميزيين ،،

النظافة و المكااان رااائع و بوفيه الوجبات جيد لايوجد تنويع الاصناف المتواجده على الغداء نفسها تقريبا على العشاء

Your perfect weekend spot
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really tell that attention is given to the small details, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were beautiful, and the pool area was especially relaxing and well-maintained.

I would also like to sincerely thank Zain at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and Yousef for being incredibly helpful, cooperative, and attentive throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

Cons:

The only small issue I experienced was that the music speaker at the pool kept disconnecting frequently. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely visit again.

Great location, would stay again for the price.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the reception and concierge staff were great. The room was cleaned daily which was great.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast were very miserable and felt like they didn’t want to be there. The exception to this was the chef at the egg station who was always happy.
The shower leaked when on causing the bathroom to flood which wasn’t ideal.
The pool only has 10 loungers, I would say you need to double this number as a minimum.
