Fin hotell som jag bokade andra gången och kommer boka även nästa gång. Väldigt bra middagsbuffé. Har även komplett stort gym. Frukost kunde vara bättre.

Perfect Hotel for my stay
A wonderful stay, clean, elegant and luxurious. Loved it!
Close to the airport and saved me a lot of time w daily trips back and forth. The hotel amenities are significant with a great gym and breakfast buffet. Very reasonable daily rate and close enough to most of Riyadh. Dinner options are limited. The room was pretty standard for Riyadh which is a compliment. It did smell like smoke.
Hotel with nice facilities (gym), Room are clean and staff is nice. However along the highway, so quite noisy when your room faces the road side.

Good business hotel, but a lack of choice for restaurants. There are no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.
Het zag er allemaal goed uit, zwembad was lekker, kamer was stil genoeg.

In mijn kamer kon ik niet onder de douche staan (183cm), dit is niet in alle kamers het geval. Er kwam ook geen warm water uit de kraan, dit hadden andere gasten ook

Everything was good other than i personally prefer a pillow top mattress or something a lot softer
Overall the whole complex is immaculate and exceptionally clean in particular to the reception area.
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of both cold & hot foods.
My only complaint is in the amount of over attentive staff constantly moving things around and cleaning between the buffet plates for no reason.
Very good Hotel , they was very kind and allow a late Check-out . Good service .
The only improve I suggest is food .
The service did not make the room one of the days.
Any of the four days of my stay the staff put any bottle of water in my room, always calling reception for it.
When I was sleeping they called me several times asking to pay for the room when it was already paid.
Disaster staff.
The hotel itself was great however customer service left a lot to be desired. When I approached staff about the building works that started at 0300hrs in the morning and did not stop. There reply was ‘you should have booked s garden view room’ unacceptable. The hotel and facilities were excellent but spoilt by the above comments. No offer of a free night or anything.
Service was a bit hit and miss
The room were amazing nice and clean. I got an upgrade without asking for free.
