Pros:

Tad was a great receptionist. I just didn't know how to tip the receptionist as I am more familiar with tipping room service. Appreciate the complimentary room upgrade 😅.
All the restaurant staff acted like it was servicing a 5 star resto. Great job to all.

Still worth the money
Pros:

The location is surrounded by establishments so its not hard to find somewhere to dine. The hotel lobby is well lit and seems cozy. Check in was a breeze even though there were a lot of guests. Water spa facility is still at its best condition since I last visited about 10 years ago. Breakfast selection was superb! The property also has ample parking spaces for hotel and spa guests.

Cons:

We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit from a deluxe queen. I usually stay at their Deluxe Queen rooms so I was looking forward for the upgrade. To be honest, the one bedroom unit looks run down. It was still comforable but the deluxe queen room appears to be more of an upgrade. The bed was supposed to be a queen size but appears to be only a double size. My feet was hanging way over the bed when I laid down on it. That was the only issue I had.

Overall the hotel has friendly staff, the location is excellent and provides a good breakfast
Pros:

The overall stay was really okay especially that I had a great spa treatment at Vel spa

Cons:

I had an incident of diarrhea after we ate pork risotto at the Hotel's restaurant

The breakfast is good

Cons:

The table in the room was not good the desk imust be changed , aircon is too noisy , and the housekeeper must check the towel first , before asking the guest the other towel after check out ... i was shock when they ask me where is the other towel

RELAXING STAY
Pros:

The staff are courteous and accommodating! The water SPA is very relaxing (although a little bit crowded). The food is also great. Lastly, the rooms are clean and spacious! Thank you very much. Hope we can visit again!

We had fun except for the breakfast.
Pros:

I like the water spa and the whole area. The place is not too crowded unlike before

Cons:

The buffet table during breakfast is always empty. You need to remind the staff to replenish the food. You can feel that they are controlling the food, better not label it as a buffet. Nagmumukhang kawawa yung pag aantay mo s pag replenish ng food.

ACE provided a great place to relax and bond with family.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great as always. The spa experience is always awesome; it is one of the reasons why we always stay at
ACE. It has become a family "tradition" to check-in at ACE upon arrival and before departure of international travels to relax at their water spa.

Cons:

One night at 3am, there was a knocked at the door from their maintenance guy saying he received a work order to check the lights. I found it weird and suspicious and certainly did not appreciate being woken up at 3 in the morning. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and they checked and apologized saying that their guy got the wrong room by mistake.

Relaxing Day at WaterSpa
Pros:

The water spa was the best in this property! I am an oFw in Dubai and I haven’t experience such there nor in Cebu! to be able to relax and enjoy the Water spa was the best decision. we were in a Junior suite room and it was good, though the water pressure had an issue on our first few hours but team were quick to fix it! the staff were very kind and calm! though not sure why they have to wear mask (felt like covid era not a good feeling)wherein in Hospitality it is more important to welcome guest with a smile!

Cons:

its too crowded the reception felt too overwhelming. The staff at the cafe lounge on the ground floor didn’t know how to direct guest with using the proper had gestures! seems like they were too tired already to serve.
