Pros:

We really loved the food, the one stop location where you can relax, enjoy and chill with the Family.

ACE provided a great place to relax and bond with family.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great as always. The spa experience is always awesome; it is one of the reasons why we always stay at
ACE. It has become a family "tradition" to check-in at ACE upon arrival and before departure of international travels to relax at their water spa.

Cons:

One night at 3am, there was a knocked at the door from their maintenance guy saying he received a work order to check the lights. I found it weird and suspicious and certainly did not appreciate being woken up at 3 in the morning. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and they checked and apologized saying that their guy got the wrong room by mistake.

Relaxing Day at WaterSpa
Pros:

The water spa was the best in this property! I am an oFw in Dubai and I haven’t experience such there nor in Cebu! to be able to relax and enjoy the Water spa was the best decision. we were in a Junior suite room and it was good, though the water pressure had an issue on our first few hours but team were quick to fix it! the staff were very kind and calm! though not sure why they have to wear mask (felt like covid era not a good feeling)wherein in Hospitality it is more important to welcome guest with a smile!

Cons:

its too crowded the reception felt too overwhelming. The staff at the cafe lounge on the ground floor didn’t know how to direct guest with using the proper had gestures! seems like they were too tired already to serve.

Great value for money! Excellent staff
Pros:

Spacious efficient and clean room. Excellent service of staff. We really appreciate make the extra effort for my birthday
