Pros:

Excellent hotel, modern, “where life is happening”; location surrounded by many fine restaurants, drinking establishments; friendly staff, clean and quiet stay; liquid hand soap (!), wide selection of some of the best restaurants; laundry room too.

Cons:

Self parking is sparse, but inexpensive 24 hour rates available (bring walking shoes).

The bed seemed harder than most, the heater was noisy and seemed to blow more cold air than warm. We were at the end of the hall and could still hear everything going on on the floor it seemed.

It was a great location for being within walking distance to the Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Pros:

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. Check in and checkout was seamless.

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast. We were given a voucher for select items, instead of having a traditional buffet option. However, you could purchase a breakfast buffet, so I found that odd.
