Excellent accommodations and staff! Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff was excellent - friendly and very accommodating. We requested extra pillows for my husband's injured leg and received them with a smile. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The bed was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Staff was very kind. Accommodated our request to be placed away from the elevator in a quiet area and ended up on the very end of the hall. Excellent. Location and dining options in the immediate neighborhood were very good.

Great Experience!!!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel on an extended stay for work from 8/25-12/25. I had an amazing experience everybody was friendly on check in and the duration of my stay. Nae Nae the pm shift front desk worker always greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the hotel. I had multiple packages she always made sure I got them along with the other staff.

I actually left before 2 of my packages arrived I called the hotel and spoke with the Manager and my packages were mailed to my home.

I will definitely be back and refer others to stay here.

Exceptional staff, exceptional service
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel twice now for visits to see our daughter who is attending at Duke. We have had the opportunity to travel around the world and stay at all levels of hotel accommodations and the staff at this property are at the very top of our list as it relates to friendliness and service. From the front desk check in, to the hotel bar/restaurant and particularly the team that run breakfast in the morning, everyone is exceptionally focused on providing service with a smile. Highly recommend this property just for those reasons!

Comfortable Stay and Friendly Staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and it was a great overall. Be aware the train runs adjacent to the hotel. So you will hear the train noise sporadically. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly at check-in, and overall the service was excellent. In particular, I want to mention Mandy, one of the bartenders, who handled a difficult and unpleasant guest with a lot of composure and professionalism.

The hotel isn’t right in the heart of downtown, but it is conveniently close to the downtown area.

Sleeping outside would’ve been cleaner.

Smell like mold, wallpaper peeling , shower did not drain, room felt dirty, old decor. Terrible experience. I had planned to stay an extra night but decided to leave early. Disgusting. Do not recommend. Not what I expected especially at a Hilton fit more like a cheap motel

Good location, comfortable room.

Cons:

Check-in time was 3pm. I checked in at 3. The desk staff couldn't seem to get any info on why the room wasn't ready nor when it would be. I had to wait in the lobby until 3:45. The lobby is very run-down, with stained upholstery, so my stay didn't start off well!

Spontaneous stay
Pros:

We decide to do a spontaneous 25th Nguyen anniversary trip and we chose this hotel on a whim and It did not disappoint! The front desk staff, especially Wayne was so accommodating kind and very gracious. the manager front desk mgr Eric left us very sweet card and gave us a nice welcome package for to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t appreciate it more. The rooms were exceptionally clean! They gave us a late. Check out. I would definitely stay here again.
