Hospital Surgical Stay
Pros:

Hilton Garden was in the perfect location, the food was great and the staff was coutious.
I would stay there again if the need arises. We were there for a hospital stay. The shuttle with Mr. Darrel was great, he was very courteous and got me where I needed to be.

Cons:

I had no complaints regarding the hotel, the staff or the service. Everything was very well organized and everyone was very helpful, I would stay there again if the need arises.

Nice hotel but bring your ear plugs.
Pros:

Clean and modern throughout. Staff was always available, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only real issue, but a significant one, is that it’s adjacent to an active railroad. Multiple freight trains starting in the early morning significantly cut into sleep quality.

Location and staff were great! Easily walkable to restaurants and stores. Room was very clean and well appointed

Very good stay
Pros:

Had a very nice stay for over 4 days. The rooms are clean & spacious. Checkin was smooth this time. The hotel was full for Duke graduation but they handled it ok. There was a cooling issue on the 3rd floor making the hallway freezing cold. Unfortunately it was not fixed during our stay.

At breakfast, both Rah and Dontez made us feel so welcome, provided excellent service at breakfast with smile & are an asset to the Hilton brand! Thank you for starting our days off right!

Here for a friend's surgery
Pros:

The location is convenient to restaurants and only a mile from the hospital. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our server, Rah; in the dining room was delightful, friendly and attentive.

We will never stay at any Hilton Garden Inn again
Cons:

We left a cellphone at the hotel. I couldn’t believe we
couldn’t pay for the hotel to ship it back to us. What a hassle it was for us to generate a FedEX label to send to the hotel and retrieve our phone. I don’t know who was more incompetent: the Hilton Garden Inn AI and staff OR the FedEX experience. I would like the four hours it took to generate the label back.
