Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Daniela! I forgot some fruit in the fridge after checking out and I texted Daniela. They responded quickly and they retieved my items and held them until we came back from town - awesome customer service!!

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best,the eggs and sausage were cold. The oatmeal was not available.

The location is good and the rooms are nice but we didn't like the noisy heating system.
Pros:

They have a nice lobby area with a decent breakfast and coffee/tea/water available all day.

Cons:

The heating/cooling system in the room was loud and annoying at night.

I enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn and the conditions on Whiteface Mountain were great.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was ok. It was nice to have breakfast served in the lobby. The bar was nice too.

Cons:

A room off the lobby for skis/ snowboards would have been nice.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, nothing to right home about.
Towel hooks in bathroom loose
Shower/tub didn't drain

Cons:

Lack of snow plowing in parking lot, deep snow and ice, needed 4wd to get in and out of lot.
Poor snow removal on sidewalk and front foyer to hotel.

Pleasant but a little dissapointed especially for the price.
Pros:

Fantastic location with great views of the lake. The lobby and bar area was very nice with friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned, the coffee maker was broken, and the shampoo was not stocked before our stay. We did come back to the room around 5pm for a nap so maybe they were still getting to our room but that seems late. None of these are a huge deal but likely will keep us from coming back.

Superbe emplacement avec un emplacement exceptionnel.
Je suis arrivée très tôt et manager Ozzy a tout fait afin de m’aider a trouver une chambre libre. Très beau service. Petit déjeuner très complet et bon.
Belle piscine interieure avec spa.
Très beau séjour, je serais restée plus longtemps.
