Breakfast was good, location was great!
Air conditioning could have been better. Room was warm sleeping at night.
The property location is excellent, the common amenities like cafeteria, dining area, patio are inviting, cozy and have great view.
The kitchen staff were not monitoring inventory and were not cleaning the counters and tables properly. The room we stayed in had horrible view and should be offered at a discount. One of the beds was squeaking at each turn of whoever was sleeping on it. The swimming pool is small.

Bed was very firm. Loud ticking coming from the ceiling in our room randomly . Couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on

The bathrooms were old, the showers had a stingy flow of water, the towels were small. We paid for 3 individuals to occupy the room, yet they only allowed us 2 chairs on the balcony.
The breakfast was subpar
We are Hilton Gold members and stay almost always in hiltons - while the location is a 5+ star directly across from the beach and public tennis courts with a practice wall if you are solo and pet friendly! However it’s always the details details that can annoy you when on vacation - gym is nice but the air temp is high 80s similar to pool area and pool is too warm! And cloudy…every time we wanted dark roast the canister was empty needing me to knock on the service door - wet floor signs left out for hours -bed is not a Hilton quality bed - water pressure sad- keurig in room but guess what no dark roast and front desk said sorry don’t have _ only flavored and blonde- one tissue left in tissue box no conditioner left in the shower setup - we started to laugh after a bit but we expected better from Hilton -it’s because we paid a premium price for a premium suite that I’m nitpicking -don’t spend the higher price as the attention to detail just isn’t there - research shows this is a franchise not run by Hilton directly just licensed so that explains it! If you have young kids and pets though will be hard to find a place so easy on the parents to navigate but we an old couple….with a dog and clearly need our dark roast!

Jacuzzi actually works and the whirlpool! Many times it is out of service at various hotels. Everything was nice at this location.
I could not find information on whether the room had a balcony or not.
