Cons:

Pool and hot tub looked too dirty to use. Perhaps they need to be painted if the water had good chemical levels. No guests were using the pool room.

Beautiful stay, but don’t eat the breakfast!
Pros:

The lady that checked us in was stellar. All the employees were very nice. Housekeeping was very careful and made sure the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Cons:

You call that a breakfast? It was disgusting. Even the coffee was disgusting. There was no real cream to go with it. Only artificial creamers filled with chemicals were provided for the coffee. The food choices amounted to processed items.

I think I got food poisoning from the fruit bowl.

Hidden Gem just outside of Boulder
Pros:

Those who are looking for a great deal without the high cost of Boulder and Estes Park hotels should stay here. What a nice Hampton without the traffic and congestion of Boulder. Perfect rooms, once pool and hot tub an$ a great breakfast every morning. Staff always had a smile on their face and was always greeted by a smile. Kudos to the front desk staff who always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kudus to Brenda ! Only ten minutes to Boulder, 50 minutes to Estes Park. Relaxful area.

Except for the above coffee comment. The facility was amazing.
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located to Boulder and our relatives. It was spotlessly clean throughout the facility and our room. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The coffee dispensers needed a heating element. Otherwise, the breakfast offerings were varied and good.

When I checked in the front desk clerk said I owed for the room. I had a receipt from Expedia that showed I paid via Expedia onekey cash and had a zero balance. They insisted I still owed $320.70. I contacted Hilton and they contacted the front desk and told them I owed nothing. Took me 30 minutes to get resolved due to an ignorant / untrained front desk clerk. Total incompetence by the front desk clerk.
