Pros:

Nice and large room, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, nice bathroom. Front desk person was over the top great. Good coffee. nice lobby.

Cons:

Room could use a couch or extra chair to sit for leisure.

COnvention Center,el personal de recepción,una señora morena que no recuerdo su nombre ,fue súper amable y respondió a todas nuestras necesidades.

comfortable, clean and good location.
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered. Needed another chair in room when two people are staying. Tasha supplied one. She is an amazing women and a definite asset to your hotel. She made us feel at home. She alone would make people want to return to your establishment.

Disappointing hotel - poor maintenance and NOISY
Pros:

Free use of laundry equipment.

Cons:

TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE! Broken/dangling cabinet doors, malfunctioning stove-top (one of the 2 burners worked, but the dials have been replaced, causing a dangerous situation - Low Heat is HIGH and high heat is off), ill-fitting door to room, NOISY ROOM - walls are paper thin-can hear EVERYTHING in hallways/other rooms. In general, this is a beat-up hotel with poor to little qualified maintenance. A/C was also noisy. The location is directly on the NOISY I-35 access road. You'll hear loud traffic all hours. Not clean.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and. overall spectacular.

Couldn't get heat to stay set. It was a little chilly. Didn't get my invoice in a timely manner.

It's a room with a handicap assistance but without a working bathtub! Also got locked out behind the backdoor of the hotel as the cards don't open that door for some reason.

The property was easy to find and get to from the interstate.

Cons:

The hotel staff were exceptional. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Very impressed with this particular hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels traveling for the type of work that I do for a living. I cannot think of a better place that would rank as far as cleanliness, hospitality, and use of the properties amenities. I can't say enough good things about the staff, in particular, Niecey, the receptionist that checked us in. Very professional and helpful during check-in and helping with a lost phone.

Poor and painfull
Pros:

The beds are like inflatable mattress, and the shower was so bad water leak everywhere i had to clean floors, the bed was dirty had hairs when i remove the comforter
