Like seeing the ocean in the morning

I didn’t like having no air conditioning in our room
The bed was uncomfortable
There was no coffee maker in the room
They gave two towels which were thin
No microwave
I felt like they did as little as possible to make our stay comfortable

Beautiful location, disappointing room.
Pros:

The location was beautiful, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was so bare bones, it felt more like a student dorm than a hotel room. The bed was very uncomfortable. And considering we paid extra for an ocean view, I was quiet annoyed that the windows were small and very dirty. Just very disappointing.
