Péssima organização de sistemas e atendentes.

Cons:

Problemas de sistema da rede que alocou despesas de outros apartamentos no meu, gerando desconforto e tensão por desconfiança do atendente em achar que “eu” estaria enganando o hotel, e não, pelo contrário, eram gastos de dias anteriores mesmo antes de eu estar hospedado. Péssimo isso. Além disso, na hora do checkout que foi de madrugada não havia atendentes no balcão, o vigilante que anotou o checkout, total absurdo e descaso.
