Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, que foram muito atenciosos e cordiais, e da excelente localização do hotel, ao lado do Shopping da Bahia.
O café da manhã é muito fraco e com pouca variedade. A limpeza e o tamanho do quarto também deixaram a desejar, assim como o Wi-Fi. O prédio é antigo e precisa de reforma e melhor conservação. As roupas de cama poderiam ter mais qualidade, e as toalhas de banho eram tão pequenas que pareciam toalhas de rosto.
