Please note that apartments are cleaned three times a week. For stays of less than 3 nights, the cleaning service is not available, while bathroom linen is changed once.

The guests of the Rota Suites can use the swimming pool of the Grand Hotel Riviera at the rate of Euro 30 per person and per day; children up to 6 years pay Euro 20.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The best
Pros:

​We had a fantastic stay at Rota Suites. Raffaella's hospitality was exceptional; her warmth and helpfulness were outstanding. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well-equipped. To top it off, the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

Good location and facilities with reservation of not being informed about construction work

Location close to local people and facilities whilst far enough away from cruise traffic yet close enough to attractions

Cons:

Not informed in advance construction and scaffolding would be outside balcony and workmen would access. Blinds were down whwn entered room . No mention. Felt this should have been disclosed earlier for price paid.

HORRIBLE does not even begin to capture our experience

Cons:

This was an active construction zone. They had scaffolding all over this “hotel” and started hammering and drilling at 8am in the morning every morning. The hotel staff didn’t feel bad about it at all and made it seem like it was our fault for not reporting it after the first day. The hotel amenities nor the service deserve a 4 star rating. They should be a two star at best.

To be clear after the first morning we didn’t want to complain about something if it was a one time occurrence. After three mornings of having construction workers hammering and drilling on our balcony able to look into our bedroom because they were 1-2 feet away, it was too much.

If you like getting woken up every morning by construction workers, uncomfortable beds, showers that spray water everywhere, and the inhospitable hotel staff, then this is the place for you.

Staff were extremely helpful and the room was excellent but there was building work starting early each morning directly outside our windows. But, overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Muy buen aparthotel céntrico en zona tranquila à poca distancia de las mayores atracciones y transporte público.
Pros:

Buen aparthotel céntrico, en una zona tranquila, a 400 metros de la estación de tren, a 700 metros del puerto de donde salen los feries para visitar la Costa Amalfitana.
El personal muy servicial y amable.
Los departamentos son prolijos , limpios y bien mantenidos.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar un poco el servicio que ofrecen, por ejemplo poner a disposición en los apartamentos para el lavo de la vajilla y equipar los apartamentos con insumos básicos como cafe, te, azúcar, servilletas.

We had a lovely hot week in Sorrento staying in a comfortable apartment.
Pros:

It was quiet yet just a short walk to the centre. There's a lot of noisy traffic in Sorrento but it was quiet at Rota Suites. The staff were kind and helpful. Our apartment was kept very clean.

We liked being able to use the pool at the hotel round the corner.

Cons:

There was scaffolding round the balcony which was a shame as it was a huge balcony.
