Extremely disappointing and not worth the money

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which made an already unpleasant stay even worse.

The room itself was dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. I also left the hotel with what I believe may have been bed bug bites, which was extremely concerning and made me question the cleanliness and sanitation of the room. There was also a strong smoke odor that appeared to have been covered up with cleaning chemicals or other masking products, making the room unpleasant to breathe in and uncomfortable to stay in.

The condition of the outside facilities was also disappointing. They appeared poorly maintained and neglected. To make matters worse, the door to my room did not fully close properly, and the curtains did not close all the way either. Considering the hotel is located on a main road with traffic and people passing by, this was a serious privacy and security concern.

For what I paid, I expected a much higher standard. This hotel was not cheap, yet the cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and overall condition were far below what I would expect even from a budget hotel.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The combination of rude staff, an unclean room, potential bed bug exposure, smoke odor, poor maintenance, and lack of privacy made the experience unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before booking this hotel.
